My wife loved the pants. They were supposed to be a surprise gift for her on a Breast Cancer Awareness fund raiser. Too bad it took well over 2.5 weeks for delivery to arrive. I placed my order on May 13th. If I follow the FedEx Tracking info the item has been in my home town here since May 18th. The USPS claims the item was never received and that I need an individual tracking # of the item and not the FedEx # which is of the pallet, not my item. FedEx said they can't give me that # and thinks my local Post Office is full of it. After numerous messages sent to and from the seller, FedEx and my local Post Office and seeing zero traction the item finally arrived in my mailbox today May 31st. I would mark zero eggs if I could due to all the finger pointing and lack of any answers between all 3 parties. I don't hold Newegg accountable for any of these problems. At least they were of some assistance to me when all others played the blame game.

The description says they are adjustable up to 28", however they are way too short and only adjustable to approximately 15". This causes way too much tension when attached from the shirt to the sock. Seller seemed disinterested to make it right.

I really wanted an all-wool knit cap. I was beginning to give up hope when llbean couldn't help me. I googled "wool watch cap" and found Newegg.com. I never would have thought have looking here. I bought 2 hats. They were so inexpensive I was afraid they wouldn't be good quality but they are superb. If I ever need more I will order them here although I expect the ones I have to last a long time.

The balaclava is what is advertised. The seller contacted me promptly to get my color choice (was unavailable at the time on newegg) and shipping was quick.
