Do not recommend this company to anyone, 3 helicopters, all went bad within 2 weeks, battery dies.

I have purchased a few Syma helicopters from them now, and they have the lowest prices and fastest shipping. If you have a choice, go with superstition hobbies over the others!

Unable to contact the seller. All they have is one number that goes straight to voicemail. Leaving your info is pointless because they don't call back. Even contacting newegg to contact them is pointless. Newegg doesn't back their reseller to help the customer. I would give them a zero rating, but newegg requires to give at least one egg.

This was my first purchase through both newegg and Superstition Hobbies. The product was shipped quickly and and a fantastic price. I was already familiar with the item I ordered because I already own one. No complaints at all with this vendor.
