Happy now Just got the R M A # I had to call 626 316 3161 I live in the area so I dropped them off in person. Real nice people He said I would get the refund in a couple days

Recieved them I fully charged them one just sputtered the other lasted for about 5 mins. For the last 8 days I have been trying to get the R M A #s to return them. absolutely no responce. Emailed 3 time dont buy from these people. I live in the area so I will drive there and return them.

Rating + 1 DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I bought two remote control tanks from this store. They were BOTH defective. I followed all procedures on how to return a defective toy. They have had the returned toy now for 5 days, and I have not heard from them yet as to what they are going to do- return my money, or replace the toy. I AM NOT HAPPY and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau if possible.

took weeks to find out that i was not getting the product, with no one knowing anything about why i didnt recieve it. plus wrong refund amount. newegg was helpful, but i will never purchase anything from etoysworld!

I had trouble with this Item and sent them an Email but got NO REPLY!!!!!! So I got their phone number and left a detailed message but got NO REPLY AGAIN !!!!!!! I will never purchase anything from ETOYSWORLD again. After reading other reviews most people feel the same!!!!!!!!

    We accept NO responsibility for crash damage; it is impossible to determine for certain whether crash damage was the result of a radio system failure or pilot error.
    We accept NO responsibility for improper installation of our products.

    The user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection therewith; this will include all items sold or distributed by E-ToysWorld. User is required to read all instruction manuals and follow the manufacturer s guidelines. E-ToysWorld.com DOES NOT accepts responsibility for injury, crash or damage, loss of kits or accessories, or parts and materials that occurs during the use of any radio-controlled model.     Defected Item:

    Please goto the following address to dev.etoysworld.com/return.asp obtain a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) to return the defective item for a replacement. We refuse shipments that are returned back to us without an RMA #. We reserves the right to return the defected merchandise back to the customer at customer's shipping expense if we in our opinion deem that the merchandise has been used, crashed, abused, misused or modified in any form. We DO NOT allow exchange defected items for different items or models.

    Note: Customers must inform us of any order discrepancy within 7-10 days from receipt date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.

    Return & Exchange:

    We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from etoysworld within 30 days of receipt. Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping merchandise back to us. Return or exchange must be reported within 7 days upon receiving the order. We refuse shipments that are returned back to us without RMA #s. All returns must (NO EXCEPTIONS) be accompanied by an RMA number. To obtain an RMA number, please contack us immediately. Finally, customers must agree to the following upon shipping a merchandise back to us:

    1) Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
    2) We recommend that you use a tracking number.
    3) We do not responsible for lost packages.
    4) We do not reimburse return shipping costs or refund shipping costs.
    5) The merchandise must be in Brand New and Unused condition and in its original packaging.
    6) Return a copy of your invoice and a brief description of the reasons for the return/exchange.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
