Ups couldn't deliver the product (I don't know why, the address is always correct since I've been using the same address on NEWEGG.COM) , then I mailed the Seller, they said they will ship me a new one once they received the package. Now the package has returned to them and it is 2013 now. This product was bought in 2011. I contacted them many times by e-mail, no help.

I had my cart loaded up with a bunch of Newegg goodies and added a flashlight that was to ship direct from Tool Nut. Received all the Newegg items, but not the flashlight. We do not have a mailbox at our physical address (only PO box). Newegg's items shipped via UPS, Tool Nut shipped via USPS which was returned as undeliverable. Never had the option to select shipping type from Tool Nut or the option to note that when shipping to us via USPS to send to our PO Box. Bummer.

Ordered flashlight. No tracking number no flashlight. Called newegg for help they directed me to tool nut. Called toolnut get voice message saying send and email... Not what I expect when I come to newegg.

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 30 days from date of purchase @ 1-877-TOOLNUT. Prior authorization is required for any returned merchandise. All returned product must be accompanied with paperwork, customer contact information and the RMA / RGA number provided by The Tool Nut. There is a 15% restocking fee for items opened, used or past 30 days of purchase that are deemed returnable and authorized for return by Management. If merchandise was damaged during shipping, please save the original packaging and immediately notify our Customer Service Department at 877-TOOLNUT. All returned items must include all original parts, be in their original packaging, and in the condition in which they were received. A copy of your packing slip, RGA / RMA # must be in-closed. Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
