I ordered one SPECIFICALLY for the bottle. They sent me the wrong one. I have emailed with no reply. I have called with no answer. The item shipped fast (this is why they get 2 eggs instead of 1). That is over a week and a half. The tracking number never worked, I check the status everyday and no info was available. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Just send any unused item back to us within 30 days of ORDERING in the original packaging and we will gladly refund your money. We do not require a return authorization. We DO NOT charge any restocking fees. We recommend you use an insured carrier such as UPS, FEDEX, or INSURED priority mail! We can not refund shipping charges, if your order was shipped free, a nominal shipping fee will be deducted from all returned or refused orders. We can not accept returns past 30 days from date of order.
