This is my third order from this company. Great customer service. A replacement was sent for a defective item from my first order with no problems. Great selection of not only holiday items, but non-holiday items.

Product was received not as advertised and then when sent back they charge a 10% restocking fee. Stay away from this scam of a company.

Rating + 4 Wonderful!

It's just as gorgeous as the picture, and it shipped very quickly! The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 is because as soon as we received it one of the beads holding the top prongs together fell off and i had to glue it back together. Otherwise, absolutely gorgeous and worth the purchase!

I ordered an item from this company that was never received. The tracking number didn't work, and the item's page was removed after my bank account was charged. I highly recommend not doing business with this seller.

Rating + 1 Poor Experience

First off, the package was late, and not sent by the date specified in the order. I had to call and get them to mail it properly. I purchased a picnic bag on 5/16 and have been attempting to get a refund since I opened the box. The radio antennae on the bag was broken, there is a tear on the radio housing, exposing all the wiring. The bag was dirty, with frayed seams and writing in permanent marker in several locations. I am not standing for not having a response to my inquiry. This is ridiculous. I've sent multiple emails with photos of the damaged item and have no reply. Do not shop from christmas central.

Rating + 1 Stay Away!!!!!!

Poor quality merchandise, arrive broken. Showed Christmas Central's custom service pictures of the broken items via email per their request. I was then promised a full refund and told to discard the item, which I did. Now, almost 30 days later, still no refund.

I contacted Newegg about it and pretty much got a run-a-round. I have all the email correspondence to prove my fraud claim against Newegg & Christmas Central. I guess it is time to contact my credit card company before my time limit is up for filing.

RMA Policy
    Can I cancel my order?

    Unfortunately once an order is placed we cannot cancel the order. Once you receive your order you are more than welcome to return it, but our standard return policy will apply.

    Can I return my order?

    If you change your mind about a purchase or no longer need the merchandise, you can return it to us for a refund provided that:

    We receive the returned merchandise within 30 days of receipt, or before December 25th (whichever comes first)
    AND
    Merchandise must be in unused condition including all hardware, instructions, any accessories that may have come with the item and is in its original packaging.

    What part of my order will be refunded?

    The returned merchandise total will be refunded minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Who pays for return shipping?

    You will be responsible for shipping your order back to us. You can ship back via the carrier of your choice. Please be sure to use a traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.

    Can I exchange my order?

    To exchange your merchandise you need to place a new order with Christmas Central. Once a new order is placed, contact us and we will send you a pre-paid FedEx shipping label. Use the label to return your original order and we will waive the restocking fee on your refund.
    Pre-paid labels can only be sent to the lower 48 states.

    Note: if you do not place a new order with us and you use the pre-paid label we email you, the cost of return shipping and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

    Generally return processing takes 2-3 weeks, during peak holiday season it may take longer.

    What if there is a problem with my order?

    Please promptly inspect items upon receipt, if there is a problem you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly troubleshoot the problem for you and find the best solution for the issue. Do not send damaged, defective or wrong merchandise back to us unless instructed to do so by a Christmas Central representative.
