RMA Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by OrangeOnions within 14 days of delivery for a refund or equal replacement. All returned items must be received at our processing facility within 21 days of delivery. If a return is initiated after 14 days, Orange Onions may issue a store credit depending on elapsed time and condition of merchandise.
A 15% restocking fee to all products returned for "buyers remorse" and includes purchases through eBay, Sears, and Amazon as well. This restocking fee also applies to orders through OrangeOnions.com that received free shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Products that are under warranty must be returned to the Manufacturer's Warranty Center.
All merchandise must be returned in unused, sellable condition with all original packaging materials included in order to receive credit. OrangeOnions inspects all returned items and reserves the right to award only a partial refund or store credit for opened or used merchandise.OrangeOnions does not accept returns after 14 days of receiving your merchandise so please inspect all products upon receipt.
RMA instructions
All return requests must be obtained within 14 days of delivery via e-mail to returns@orangeonions.com. OrangeOnions does not accept return requests over the phone. The OrangeOnions Returns Department will contact you back within 2 business days after your return request is submitted.
