Rating + 3 Stylus/pen

On 21 Jan I ordered a pair of stylus/pens. Item # 9sia09moey3162, Order # 97147577. The site and the package invoice both specifically said "pair". There was one item in the package. Usually, the term "pair" would indicate two items. I figured "OK, I'll learn from this and not order through you again." However, since you asked . . . . This is what happened. I'm easy - just send me one similar item and we'll call us even.

ordered some "high quality" screen protectors, went to pull the tab off and when i did, half of it stayed on. This happened with both protectors and were unusable. My brother and I are very unhappy.

Return Instruction

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
