Rating + 1 Where's my stuff?

Ordered valves April, it's September nearly & new water heater sits in my Living room waiting to receive valves they said were "shipped" 7-12 day shipping by mail, but USPS says "shipping verification number" means merely they intend to mail the stuff, not that it was ever in fact, mailed. Where's my stuff?

I still have not received my Welding Gauges and its been over a month. Right now I wouldn't even give you one egg little alone five but unfortunately I have to give you something in order to finish this..

Rating + 1 Charge but No Product, NO HELP

This has been the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. The tracking indicates that the mailing label has been created but that is all - no ETA, no progress. Newegg's "help" has done nothing but put me off, and has given no help whatsoever. I have paid for a product and overcharged for shipping and handling for something that could be mailed in an envelope for 50 cents and have not received the product and have not been helped by Newegg, even by a "supervisor".

Not good. They sent the wrong item of lesser value. They made no arrangements for a return although they said they would send a return shipping label, but they never sent it. A subsequent request for the label resulted in a nonsense response. We are now stuck with an item we did not order, which is worth less than the item we paid for. BAIT AND SWITCH

Rating + 1 NOT GOOD AT ALL!!!!

Well, first they shipped us the wrong item, the Stanley PPRH5 Professional Power Station not model DPS109 Digital Portable power station which we ordered. Then, after numerous e-mails, they finally said they would send a return shipping label, but the never sent the label. They then followed up by telling us the original item we order had been replaced. So What, we ordered model DPS109 and received and entirely different item. We need a refund, but they just ignored us. This is no way to do business. Obviously we can not do business with this company again. The bottom line: If you don't have the item you advertised, simply let the customer know. DO NOT SHIP A REPLACEMENT without the customer's acceptance, then refuse to accept a return. C'MON!!!!

RMA instructions

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
