It's been a month since I placed my order. I do not recommend this seller. Mistakes are understandable buy no follow up is bad service.

Should be a zero. Supposedly shipped 11/29, no tracking number provided, never received, my inquiry resulted in one response, asking for the order number (which I had already provided). That was on 12/10. Now it's Christmas Day, and still no item, no refund, no idea what's going on. Tried to get Newegg involved, but they have not helped. Asked for a week to look into it, that was on 12/12, I asked for a progress report on 12/20, nothing except a robo-mail saying I'd be contacted within 24 hours. I wasn't.

Delivery was quick, item arrived intact.
Item is as expected.
A probable safety improvement; walking at night in the rain is a bit like riding a bicycle at night in the rain - You need to be seen!
Switch is a bit flimsy, durability to be judged in the future.

worse then poor, it was sent to the wrong addy, when i asked to have it changed (3 days before my card was charged) it wasn't, instead it went to the old addy and i messaged them 2 times and called them 4 times (never answered only message machine) never heard back or got a shipping number, it was sent back to them and they never refunded me my money. DONT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!

Rating + 1 Sales Happen

The sale never happened. I haven't been told what happened to my order, but I never got the product. I had all the information sentto me that indicated everything was fine, however, the product never arrived. The only saving grace was there wasn't any hassle in getting my refund. The hard part was it was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

Rating + 5 Great Light Bar for bikes and ......

This thing is too cool. It won't go on my Mountain bike with disc brakes, BUT, it will make a fantastic addition to a simple bike, or.... if you have any think that spins, just put it on and it makes a great outdoors light feature for parties or just chilling out in the backyard. Attach it to anything that spins and you have a very inexpensive light show.

RMA instructions
