Rating + 1 Horrible customer service! Find this item through Newegg direct!

I ordered 2 Samsung 840 Pro SSD's to be mirrored for an ESXi installation. After waiting for nearly a month for these to arrive (in an unpadded envelope!), I found that these units were defective, as the plastic in the SATA connectors crumbled away when touched, rendering them unusable. I requested an RMA from the seller, who replied with an 'is everything okay?' e-mail. I replied, saying what had happened, and asked if an exchange would be possible, and never heard back! I have since been unable to contact them. Long story short, just search around the store for this drive being sold directly through Newegg. The items I ordered took entirely too long to arrive, arrived in poor condition, and the customer service is non-existent. There's $500 down the drain.

Rating + 5 Excellent seller, excellent item.

The seller was extremely nice and thoughtful. Sent me an email to check in and see how the item was faring so far in use. I must admit, it was quite refreshing to have someone take the time to check in after a purchase. Definitely makes much more likely to purchase more from said seller in the future as opposed to those that don't seem to care much at all.

Highly recommended for future buyers.

The $1000 Lenovo laptop I ordered arrived with the factory seal ripped off the box, the laptop was covered in fingerprints, and the screen was broken rendering the machine unusable. I am very disappointed and have contacted the seller.

Rating + 2 Confused and too late

I placed an order for the Wii U Deluxe Mario and Luigi U bundle on 12/1. A UPS shipping label was printed on 12/4. And then nothing happened. Did standard shipping (5-7 days), and e-mailed on day 8 when there was no movement of the package in UPS' system.

Despite their quick and positive response, still nothing was shipped. After e-mailing again, I was told they would look into it and get back to me in two days. Two days later, they e-mailed but asked me how my package was. Vexed, I replied that it had not been sent yet. Completely confused, I e-mailed again asking for a shipped item or I would be asking for a refund. On 12/18, they said they'd have the item shipped, which it finally was, a whole week after it was supposed to have arrived in the first place. It arrived on 12/22.

It was technically the wrong Wii U bundle (Mario 3D World instead of Mario U), but it was at least new so it'll have to be fine, being this close to Christmas. Not buying from this seller again.

Rating + 1 Slowest merchant I've ever used.

Slowest in every respect.
Slow to respond to inquires, and the slowest to process an order. Oder placed on the 12th (non-holiday Friday) they shipped it the following Friday, and it won't even get there till the 24th!

Never again shall I order through these slowpokes.

Received products in a very timely manner and even though one was DoA, i was able to RMA the fan and was promptly sent a new, working one in just a couple days. Would highly recommend this company.

received item that was open, scrachted up, packaging was damaged. could have been a return. So far item does not work. I'm angry...... This is the third item I have bought through NewEgg that I have been very dissapointed in. I may look elsewhere for future purchases.

A couple weeks ago I ordered a wii u from this seller and it was processed packaged and shipped as was advertized. It arrived and my wife and I were excited to get it all set up and play it. All was good untiI I noticed all of the big box retailers selling a comparible wii u for nearly half of what I paid. Needless to say, I was very disheartened, but I also realized this was my own fault for not doing proper research. Then I got an email from Monica, an order manager, asking if I was satisfied with my purchase. I replied with my feelings but also expressed my appreciation for the product so far, completely expecting that there would be nothing that could be done. Afterall, you can't return used, functional, electronics in this case and the price was clearly marked. But Monica was able to help me out by providing a refund for part of my purchase and now what I paid is more comparible to what I would pay in a local retailer and I am very satisfied with the service.
