Rating + 1 Got My Order Wrong Twice

I ordered a Corsair keyboard several weeks ago, but when I received my order, it was the incorrect item. I contacted the seller, and my "personal order manager' seemed happy to help, but possibly that their English was limited. They didn't understand what "exchange" meant, and tried to offer me a 15% refund for keeping the wrong item. This wouldn't even cover the difference in price between the two models. I had them try again, but I received a second incorrect keyboard! My "manager" didn't even bother to offer a solution or refund when I told them. At least I got them to send me a shipping label to return these items. I haven't gotten a refund yet, but they claim I'll be issued one when they receive the items. I guess it was too much to ask to check the model number on the box before shipping it. Newegg, I like to think you check outside suppliers before using them, but they seem cutrate and below your standards. I've never had an issue with products directly from Newegg.

Rating + 1 Action Packaged: joke!

If I could rate this ZERO eggs I would! We received item after a full week, looks like it was just thrown into the box and shipped off, plus the item did not come with any cables. It came with a disc that was scratched, the shipping box evenstates it is a refurbished item, and I did not order refurbished. It contained a piece of paper inside the box that had been scribbled on by a child and only came with a european power connector cable. No thunderbolt cable was included. Drive lock key not included. This was an incomplete package and refurbished and is unacceptable! WATCH OUT for this company. Thank *** for someone that is helping me at Newegg with this, because I would involve my attorney if not.

I ordered a HDD from Action Packaged and had to cancel. The same day I requested a cancellation Monica cancelled my order. It took 5 business days for the refund to go through. If need be, I would order from this company again. Thank you Monica.

I sent 2 separate emails describing my issue with this order. I needed this disk as a backup device to replace a map-functioning one. I was headed out of town and needed the device before I left. The shipping date promised to me worked for this purpose, but there was some delay in the shipping and it was rescheduled to arrive after I planned to leave town. I bought a drive locally and then tried to cancel the order before it was shipped. I received no response. Then after I returned to town, I tried to return the disk, which had shipped to me anyway, and was told that the order was not returnable.

Received a bad hard drive that failed in the first day of installation. But the company responded within two days and gave a full refund and the item didn't have to be shipped back to them.

I would buy from Action Packaged Inc again.

It wasn't a completely smooth transaction though. There was an issue with the tracking number provided, initially, but Monica responded to my inquiry rather quickly. Mind you I sent the email to them late Friday night and I received her reply Sunday kudos for being responsive on a weekend.

So, when Monica replied to me she stated she would get to the bottom of the issue right away. And she did in an email the following morning. Within a few short hours I knew where my laptop was and I was surprised it was slated to arrive within (2) days.

Two days had passed and my laptop was in my hands.

I wanted to mention the mistake with the tracking number to let others know that Action Packaged Inc stepped up to the plate and gave the kind of customer service I think everyone deserves.

I will not hesitate to buy from them again.

    Please read the following return instructions before placing your order with Action Packaged, Inc.

    No exceptions will be made to these return policies. If you do not agree with these policies or you feel you will be unable to comply with these policies if they ultimately apply to you and your order, please do not place your order with Action Packaged, Inc.™

    Items can be returned within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date of the package. Initial and return shipping will be paid by the customer and a 15% restocking fee will be applied to items that have been opened and/or used for any length of time. Please contact an Action Packaged, Inc. representative at for a return authorization prior to sending the merchandise back.

    All issues, e.g., a customer feels an incorrect item or model was shipped or the condition of item was not as described, must be reported to us within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date of the package. If the issue is not reported within that time-frame, we will be unable to research and try to resolve the issue.

    There are no exceptions to the 30-day window from the confirmed delivery date at the shipping address to report issues with your order or to request a return, including, but not limited to, if the item was given as a gift and the recipient did not open or use the item within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date or if the order was forwarded from the shipping address to another address within or outside of the U.S.

    Cancellation requests can take up to a full business day to research and process. Your order may still ship according to your original instructions within this time-frame even if a cancellation request is submitted.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
