I've been trying to return this product due to damage, some of the keys do not work and the seller does not respond. I have left voice mails, emails, and even gone through NewEgg support, all to no avail. DO NOT PURCHASE from this seller

This seller listed a PS Vita case for 17.95. I ordered n the 24th, and contacted them on the 23rd of August, and they did not even purchase a shipping label until the 27th. I contcted them in the afternoon of the 28th, and was informed that they did not even have it in stock, and had my order canceled. They Immediately changed the price of the item to $34.95, double the previous amount that I had paid, to coincide with the item being available.

Shipped wrong item. Waited for replacement with RMA return label for 1-2 weeks. Never got replacement even though notified it was sent. Now waiting for return RMA. Not sure will get a return RMA label.

Rating + 1 Terrible Shipping Time

I placed my order on the 21st of August. I didn't have confirmation that my Newegg Preferred Account had even been *charged* for my fans I purchased until the 25th let alone having them out the warehouse door and on their way. Everything else went through within an hour, and the rest of my parts were picked, packed, and shipped within 24 hours of my order having been placed. (And that's with standard shipping) All parts for my new computer I ordered have arrived, EXCEPT FOR MY CASE FANS. Which are, yunno, kind of important and all, seeings how having no airflow into the case would make it a very hot environment and wind up baking my new CPU, GPU, and motherboard into slag.

Will be making sure that from now on, when I order things from Newegg, to never use this carrier again. Their turn around time is atrocious.

    Items can be returned within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date of the package. Initial and return shipping will be paid by the customer and a 15% restocking fee will be applied to items that have been opened and/or used for any length of time. Please contact an Action Packaged, Inc. representative at for a return authorization prior to sending the merchandise back.

    All issues, e.g., a customer feels an incorrect item or model was shipped or the condition of item was not as described, must be reported to us within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date of the package. If the issue is not reported within that time-frame, we will be unable to research and try to resolve the issue.

    There are no exceptions to the 30-day window from the confirmed delivery date at the shipping address to report issues with your order or to request a return, including, but not limited to, if the item was given as a gift and the recipient did not open or use the item within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date or if the order was forwarded from the shipping address to another address within or outside of the U.S.

    Cancellation requests can take up to a full business day to research and process. Your order may still ship according to your original instructions within this time-frame even if a cancellation request is submitted.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 – 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
