Rating + 1 First time buyer...not impressed

I received my package today and the box had been opened already (box has numerous tears and the tape holding the tab closed was missing/torn off) I even looked back at the item on newegg to be sure it wasn't marked refurbished. I opened the box to check things out and the software cd is missing. The one egg is because the drive did power on, but I didn't purchase a used item so I am trying to get a replacement.

Rating + 1 Horrible Service

Wouldn't recommend this seller at all. Left 4 messages about a printer that is almost a week late at this point. UPS says they haven't gotten it from the seller. Nobody returns calls or messages. Sure was willing to take our money. Called Newegg and they haven't helped either.

Rating + 1 Very unhappy with this seller

I would not recommend this re-seller for several reasons.
1) I ordered 22 items on one purchase and received all other items before this seller even shipped their item to me.
2) This is a big issue. I purchased a new motherboard and received a used one. Not only was it used, but I was in a crunch for time so I just used the MB anyway. When the PC booted it hung on the BIOS update screen. What ever slacker had the MB before me tried to update the BIOS and couldn't figure out how to get it done right.
Lesson learned, do not purchase items from sellers, only NewEgg.

Rating + 1 Sent the wrong laptop because the one I ordered was out of stock.

I ordered a laptop from this seller that they actually no longer had in stock, but could still be purchased online. The seller sent me the wrong laptop, and I'm assuming that they were hoping that I wouldn't notice. I'm now trying to return the laptop for a full refund. It's a simple mistake that they could have a laptop that's actually out of stock still up for sale, but the fact that they sent me a worse laptop hoping I wouldn't notice the difference is ridiculous.

    Items can be returned within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date of the package. Initial and return shipping will be paid by the customer and a 15% restocking fee will be applied to items that have been opened and/or used for any length of time. Please contact an Action Packaged, Inc. representative at priority1question@actionpackaged.com for a return authorization prior to sending the merchandise back.

    All issues, e.g., a customer feels an incorrect item or model was shipped or the condition of item was not as described, must be reported to us within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date of the package. If the issue is not reported within that time-frame, we will be unable to research and try to resolve the issue.

    There are no exceptions to the 30-day window from the confirmed delivery date at the shipping address to report issues with your order or to request a return, including, but not limited to, if the item was given as a gift and the recipient did not open or use the item within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date or if the order was forwarded from the shipping address to another address within or outside of the U.S.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
