Rating + 1 Will Not Buy Again

The day I ordered I was given a tracking number. I wounder why as in 16 days it still had not shipped. So I sent email and was told it was out of stock and they gave me a small discount for inconvenience.

The item arrived after 36 days. The new item "they tell me"? Was loosely packed in a shipping box (rattling around rapped in a peace of paper). The product box had been opened and ripped up. Then it was taped back together with packing tape.

I have not found a contents list yet to check it, but it look as though everything I would expect was in there. Though it was battered to the point of marked.

I have not had a chance to test it yet, but will be keeping it. Even if it dose go to the parts bin I dread trying to deal with a return with a seller so unprofessional.

I will never buy from them again.

If you are accustomed to Newegg's excellent customer service, you may find yourself disappointed.

This is the first time I have purchased thru one of Newegg’s 3rd party sellers.
The item arrived DOA, and when I contacted Newegg, they indicated RMA would need to be processed by the seller.
I then contacted Action Packaged by phone and they said they do not handle RMA for the product they sold and I would have to contact the manufacturer.

Here is an excerpt from their Policy:
"Opened items cannot be returned. An item is considered opened if the manufacturer's original package has been opened or cut and/or the item has been removed from its original packaging for any length of time. If it is determined that item has been opened, the return will not be accepted.

How are you supposed to know if an item is correct or functional without opening the package?

Please read the 3rd party vendor policy before placing an order.

It has been over 10 days since I ordered. The Tracking number doesn't work, and my package still hasn't arrived.

I would suggest you avoid buying from them.

Rating + 4 Good company with great ethics

We had a bit of a snafu with my order and I am sad what I ordered wasn't in stock - this is the only reason I give 4 instead of 5 eggs. Every time I contacted the seller I received a response withing 24 hours (except Christmas, but that was to be expected!). My contact, Monica, has been very courteous, responsive, and helpful. I would order from this company again in a heartbeat!

the equipment arrived eight days after i ordered it. and the tracking number i recieved didnt work so i didnt know when my package was suppossed to arrive, but overall averge is all i can say. i ordered some other stuff the same day from a different seller and my packaged arrived 3 days earlier and with a working tracking number. i dont mind it taking a few extra days as long as i know where its at in the process...

I'm sure it will be great but i have not recieved it yet.....I know it was back ordered on many sites when i ordered it, but i paid more here because it showed as in stock ..... if i knew i would still be waiting i could have ordered it for a few dollars less....now i just hope it comes soon.....

    No exceptions will be made to these return policies. If you do not agree with these policies or you feel you will be unable to comply with these policies if they ultimately apply to you and your order, please do not place your order with Action Packaged, Inc.™

    Unopened items can be returned within 10 days of the confirmed delivery date of the package. Initial and return shipping will be paid by the customer and a 15% restocking fee will also be assessed. Please contact an Action Packaged, Inc. representative at priority1question@actionpackaged.net for a return authorization prior to sending the merchandise back.

    Opened items cannot be returned. An item is considered opened if the manufacturer's original package has been opened or cut and/or the item has been removed from its original packaging for any length of time. If it is determined that item has been opened, the return will not be accepted.

    If an item has been opened and the item is not working to the customer's satisfaction, the customer must contact the manufacturer directly to employ the item's warranty. The manufacturer can often troubleshoot the problem quickly and get it up and running, and, if it is determined that the item is defective, the warranty can be used.     All issues, e.g., a customer feels an incorrect item or model was shipped or the condition of item was not as described, must be reported to us within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date of the package.     There are no exceptions to the 10-day window from the confirmed delivery date at the shipping address to report issues with your order or to request a return, including, but not limited to, if the item was given as a gift and the recipient did not open or use the item within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date or if the order was forwarded from the shipping address to another address within or outside of the U.S.

    Cancellation requests can take up to a full business day to research and process. Your order may still ship according to your original instructions within this time-frame even if a cancellation request is submitted.
