Rating + 1 No idea where my product is - 17 business days later

This is the only experience I've ever had with Newegg that was substandard. Usually I get overcommunication. This time I got under communication. No notice when it shipped. Order placed on 10/27... today is 11/19. Shipping tracker doesn't work. I've no idea if it's lost, truly in shipping, never processed. This experience with this subvendor (GEARONIC) of Newegg's has been poor.

Rating + 1 DO NOT ORDER!!!

It's been about 21 days. I messaged the support team a week after my order and they told me something went wrong in shipping and told me a they would send a new one. After another week I asked if my replacement was processed and they told me yes, I then waited a couple days after and asked if my replacement had been shipped to which I wasn't given an answer. The first time the tracking number didn't work and i flat out didn't get any info the second time. IT WAS NOT WORTH ORDERING FROM HERE, DO NOT EVEN TAKE THE RISK!

Rating + 1 Very untrustworthy and frustrating

Same as an earlier reviewers experience, I order my item, get a tracking number, and the item never arrives. Not until I reach out to the seller does he say the item was "lost" and offered to refund it or replace it. When I ask for a replacement he tells me okay but "not to send to back", what the does that even mean? I took it as the seller trying to weasel his way out of the warranty. He then sends me another worthless tracking number, I have to email him again when it never updates and he then refunded my purchase and sad he was out of stock. The item is listed times in different colors, but he had none. Ridiculous. Worthless seller, please avoid.

looks ok, the item is fine and I got it.

however, at least to me they lied about shipping info. (or gave me wrong info) The tracking number they provided got nothing. Their explanation was USPS update issue. But when I got mine, the package did not have a tracking number. It was just a first class mail.

It is fine with what I got and what I paid, but they should be more straight

Rating + 1 This is tge slowest most vomplicated websote i have ever came across with

I made an order for punk iPod headphones on the 18th of august at 5:43 pm. And have yet gotten them. And when I click on the track number it tells me that track number can't be found. I either get my money back or you guys hurry up and send me my stuff soon. I ordered things from other websites this Sunday and all my stuff came before today. This website take too long.

I purchased a phone case, I was charged, I received all the emails NE sends out, I even received a tracking number.

After seeing that the item never arrived, I inquired with the seller and they assumed the item must have been lost. They asked if I wanted a refund or a new one shipped (why would I want a refund?) - I said a new one.

At this point they apologized by refunding the amount.

However after again seeing that the item never arrived I inquired and this time they told me the item is out of stock!

The emails are polite and somewhat responsive, but I find it annoying that A) the item is posted as available B) it took a month to figure out I need to buy something else.

Very incompetent seller.
