If your order needs to be returned, please send the item in the original box, including all accessories, instruction booklets and Blank warranty certificates to:

Please include your Original packing slip, and indicate if you would prefer to get a refund, or have the watch repaired or replaced, or if you would prefer to have it exchanged for another item.
We encourage you to contact us before returning an item to us so we will know how to handle your return; additionally most issues can be resolved through our dedicated customer service team, and the hassle of returns can be avoided at most instances.
We know that returns are a big hassle to the customer, so when an item needs to be returned, we try our best to make the returning process as smooth as possible.
In order to help us provide you with a hassle free return process we ask you the following;
• Please do not place stickers, stamps or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
• Please make sure that the box is properly insulated, to avoid impact.
• We recommend using a traceable and insured carrier, we will not be responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit.
• It is highly recommended that you send us an email with your tracking # so we will know to expect your return.
If your return is not in compliance with the above, we reserve the rights to reject your return, or to charge a 15% restocking fee.
Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
