Rating + 1 Bad Seller

Buy some lamps to Mimotron and have encountered problems on repayment problems that the seller will not accept and that he was wrongly few lamps that were sent to another provider. Now, Mimotron is holding the lamps of your property, the lamps that were delivered by mistake and the money you pay compared to the initial lamps. That big scam which has been committed with the seller, and their excuses are unacceptable, knowing that other opportunities had done business with this. Not accept a refund and wants back what it deserves. Bad, bad seller. How sad that Newegg has enrolled as a class of person selling these.

That scam!

Needed a Samsung remote TV replacement, and turned to NewEgg, whom I trust.
I think it's great that NewEgg provides product availability through other vendors
as I don't like to provide CC information to several vendors and I like to track
purchases through a single location.

That being said, I received the product in a couple of days and I am pleased.

I ordered a replacement remote control for a TV and stated that they had it in stock. Received an email it was shipped. 6 hours later I received an email they were out of stock.

So far one of the three has blown up in my face (literally as I was powering it up for the first time with the new bulb). No high hopes for the others. I guess that's what I get for shopping around, but it's hard to know who is getting a good bulb these days.

worse sale ever, I paid for the item but never receive it. The seller will not respond to my email neither did i get a refund. do not buy anything from this seller please!!!!!!

If I could give a zero I would. They don't have an operating telephone and no way to contact them about a defective item I received. I just wasted $159.99 - could have flushed it down the toilet and been happier to see it go. I don't like getting ripped off by a fly-by-nite company and am disturbed that Newegg would sell/front for them. Does Newegg have NO standards any more?

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
