I recently ordered Calvin Klein Obsession body lotion. I always have a hard time finding this lotion at the department store and was desparate to find a place from which I could order. I was pleased to find it on your website and my order was filled very quickly! Thank you Newegg!!!

I received a product that I did not purchases. I ordered a Carolina Herrera perfum, but was sent another type of carolina perfum. I called and was informed that i had to contact the seller and jump through hoops to try and get the problem corrected. This was a gift for christmas for my mother it totally sucks when u dont get what you ordeered and then your told that you have to get the problem resolved before calling 99 perfume back. I will never order from this site again and am not happy with my purchase!! Thanks for Nothing!!!

- Accept returns of any unused and unopened items (excluding fashion accessories, skin care and makeup products) for exchange or refund of the purchase price.
