Monday – Saturday from 10am EST to 7pm EST. Closed on Sunday, but we do respond to emails on Sunday, usually towards the end of the day or early evening.

We know customer service. Do you enjoy sending an email to a company and waiting 24-48 hours for a response to your question? Neither do we. That's why we answer emails almost around the clock. During normal business hours we will typically respond to an email within 20 minutes, but always within an hour. We continue to answer emails after hours as well. We do require sleep unfortunately, but we try not to let that get in the way too much.
