Bought a bundle of items. Received one component and rest never shipped. Have left 3 phone messages and sent two emails over the last 3 days and no response at all. No way to reach a human by phone and they don't return phone messages or email.

I Purchased an American standard Stratocaster and spoke with Scott Leonard from Playground Music and he assured me of the product and after I placed the order Scott called me to confirm. I received the guitar on a Saturday after only five days from order and the instrument came in a brand new sealed fender box and the guitar which has a great Fender case is a thing of beauty. I also placed an order for an amp that they do not stock and Scott special ordered it for me. If any one is looking to purchase from these guys you can rest assured you are dealing with an outstanding company and I will not hesitate to buy from them again. Thanks Scott and Playground Music. It was a pleasure.!!

I was a little concerned shopping outside of newegg with a marketplace vendor but Playground Music were pro's all the way. Spoke with Scott on the phone and was reassured it was all good! My Fender amp arrived quickly and in great shape! I'd definitely buy from them again!

Bought a Fender Amp for my daughter for Christmas. It did not work when opened. Emailed and called this company left multiple voice messages and got no response. Had to go to the manufacturer to get it fixed. Will never buy from this company again.

Rating + 5 Many Happy Strings

Ordered from Newegg with store credit. Newegg however did not have the Arctic White Fender Squire on their site. I called Playground Music and spoke with Scott Leonard the eCommerce Sales Manager. Told him my daughter wanted the white guitar and he made sure that was what she got. Needless to say she was extremely excited when she opened the box thinking she was getting the black guitar. The Box arrived via FedEx and was in perfect condition. All items were new in the box. Now the hard part... keeping a 7 year old girl from swinging the guitar around the house like a rock star and destroying my furniture.

Rating + 2 Order was lost before shipping

Received an "order shipped" notification on the first day, with the tracking number "pending". After two weeks of no updates, I called and they said they had made a mistake and it hadn't actually shipped. They shipped it that day (thus the two stars) but it will still take another week to get here - it wasn't even expedited. That makes three weeks to arrive from the order date, and only because I called.
