To request a return or exchange, please contact HPP Enterprises for a Return Authorization. If we shipped an incorrect or defective item to you, we will exchange it or allow you to return for a full refund. We request the following information:

If your return is not based on a defective or incorrect item, we can still accept your return with a return authorization. The Buyer will be responsible for return shipping and will receive a refund, less shipping charges and up to a 50% restocking fee. (Note: our restocking fee is typically 15% on opened items; however, the Marketplace Agreement allows up to a 50% restocking fee on some items. Examples include: obvious used products, camping gear, toys, stilts, damaged computers, tablets, motherboard or processors with bent pins, or other items with obvious wear and tear that are not in resellable condition). All original materials, packaging, boxes, manuals must be included.

Refunds are issued when product has been received, verified, and tested. With the exception of incorrect shipments, damaged items, or defective items, original shipping and return shipping charges are not refundable.

All intimate apparel (under garments, lingerie, etc) is non-returnable for any reason. In addition, we do not accept opened motherboards that have "bent pins". ALL motherboards are factory sealed, brand new, and will ever, ever ship with bent pins. Any motherboard returned with "bent pins" or damage will be refused and resent to customer with no refund.

Return shipping charges and original shipping charges are the responsibility of the Buyer except in cases where we have sent an incorrect item or your item is defective. Purchased this item on sale at newegg. It never arrived. I checked my order status and it says I RMA'd this drive. I never got the drive, how could I return it? I think seller did not want to sell drive at a reduced price..... I do not trust the seller AT ALL. No one should if they can't deliver the goods.

Despite what you might read here, I had a great experience with HPP Enterprises. I got the product I wanted at 30% off the best price I could find anywhere else. It shipped FAST. No problems. I would definitely purchase from them again. ...and I just might right now!

Well I did order this case I never opened it because I didn't do my research on it. It's a good case but I can't Inot all a CD Drive on it. I made an RMA request and this is the 6th business day and haven't heard anything back from them.

Rating + 1 Terrible I have no other way to put it

I should have paid attention to the reviews. I figured I would take a chance and boy am I sorry. First product shipped was not what I ordered. Vendor says it was due to a listing error. Now I am their mercy as far as trying to get some sort of exchange or refund issued. Their level of support and communication is atrocious. Today is Saturday and I have just emailed them stating if I do not hear back from them by COB Monday that I will be filing disputes with Newegg and Paypal. Shame on Newegg I believe they are partially to blame as sellers of this level of quality should not be allowed to continue selling via the Newegg Marketplace.

NO EGGS BUT GOOSE EGGS! From the time I ordered this bait and switch motherboard on May 24th until I finally got my refund took 21 days with many emails back and forth. HPP was very polite, but adamant that it was just a mistake, but they still wanted 3-5 business days between each e-mail. I will never buy "marketplace" again especially since this was kind of snuck in. I have purchased from Newegg for years and never had my purchased switched to another vendor. Very, very unhappy customer of Newegg. I have complete documentation of this transaction which not only tied up my money but cost me a major sale.

Rating + 1 Reselling used safety gear as new?

My Personal Locater Beacon arrived in an already opened damaged box with the seal broken. It is dangerous to re-sell used safety gear and fraudulent to pass off used goods as new.

Rating + 3 Slow shipping

I did receive my order eventually, and the seller was at least responsive to my emails. The parts I ordered worked great, so no complaints with that....

However, when I have a client in need of some parts and I select overnight shipping (and pay for it), I expect overnight shipping. Took 4 days to receive my order and despite my complaints and contact every day, no offer to cover those shipping costs to at least prevent this review from happening. I don't like leaving bad reviews because things happen and no one understands that more than me. But when things happen, you should attempt to make it right.

Ordered on Monday and received the package on Wednesday. And that was using the cheapest (free) shipping. Could not get any better.
The packaging was also substantial.
Highly recommend this seller.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
