If your return is not based on a defective or incorrect item, we can still accept your return with a return authorization. The Buyer will be responsible for return shipping and will receive a refund, less shipping charges and up to a 50% restocking fee. (Note: our restocking fee is typically 15% on opened items; however, the Marketplace Agreement allows up to a 50% restocking fee on some items. Examples include: obvious used products, camping gear, toys, stilts, damaged computers, tablets, motherboard or processors with bent pins, or other items with obvious wear and tear that are not in resellable condition). All original materials, packaging, boxes, manuals must be included.

Refunds are issued when product has been received, verified, and tested. With the exception of incorrect shipments, damaged items, or defective items, original shipping and return shipping charges are not refundable.

Please note that due to copyright restrictions, we CANNOT accept returns of opened computer software or video games. All intimate apparel (under garments, lingerie, etc) is non-returnable for any reason. In addition, we do not accept opened motherboards that have "bent pins". ALL motherboards are factory sealed, brand new, and will ever, ever ship with bent pins. Any motherboard returned with "bent pins" or damage will be refused and resent to customer with no refund.

Return shipping charges and original shipping charges are the responsibility of the Buyer except in cases where we have sent an incorrect item or your item is defective. I've ordered this product before for my church. My church was struck by lighting and didn't have a surge protector on it. So when I got the second on, I put a surge protector on it and when lighting struck the receiver died again. This product is too sensitive to any small power problem.

Rating + 5 Great Seller

Although there was an issue with the memory I purchased from them, the return, and refund process was pretty smooth. They paid for the return shipping and credited my account for the full purchase price very quickly.
The only issue I had is their e-mail system stopped sending correctly in the middle of the return process, so I initially thought that they were no responding. I asked Newegg to contact them and Newegg did get a response from them within hours. I did have to call HPP (912-509-0477) to get them to resend the return shipping label. After that glitch was fixed, the return and refund was fine.

Rating + 1 They are crooks

They had a 12TB NAS unit on newegg, for a very cheap price. I received a 4TB unit in the mail, and the company wouldn't honor the 12TB unit that they advertised. They would only let me return it for a refund. False advertising!

Rating + 1 HPP Enterprises is a very poor business to deal with.

I wouldn't even recommend these people to my dire enemies.
I ordered a product from them that was advertised on Newegg and after a lengthy wait I received a similar, yet, not the actual order (It was originally an order for two sticks of 4GB SDRAM and they sent me one stick of 2GB SDRAM). Their response to me was that the advertised item was mis-listed and that they don't carry that product anyway.
Well, that's fine but why ship me a product in the first place? Wouldn't it be wiser to just send me a note apologizing and then a refund instead of deliberately wasting my time?
I guess not, they probably figure that I'll get frustrated with the return process and throw in the towel. And, they're right. I hope they choke on the $25 they scammed from me, that's how I feel.
Hopefully, more of us will start to deliberately waste THEIR time, I know I'm looking forward to it. I'm going to return some old transistors and capacitors in the package (or better yet the interior of a cat litter box) they sent me and tell them that that's what I had in stock and what difference does it make?

Rating + 1 Not a good experience with HPP, excellent service from Newegg.

The product I ordered was not exactly as advertised. The phone case was reported to have a protective screen which was also described on the packaging. No cover present. When I contacted Newegg to get resolution, they stated that HPP was not cooperating first with an RMA and then second with a return address. Newegg honored the situation by providing a full refund.
Kudos Newegg! not so much HPP.

this was by far, the worst newegg transaction i have ever had. i paid for a product that i ended up finding out to be non-existent. the vendor blamed the marketplace, no one wanted to take responsibility. instead of getting the correct product or an email stating that item was falsely listed, i received an incorrect item (bought an 8gb ddr3 set, instead got a 2gb ddr3). while i got my money back, the vendor informed me newegg constantly lists items that they don't sell and they never offered me a comparable item until later in the email exchange by telling me "it's too late to offer you a swap" even though it was my original request. overall, i'm disgusted and have no trust in the vendor or newegg anymore. i will probably never buy from newegg again since they never even disputed that they constantly list incorrect items on their page.

Purchased this item on sale at newegg. It never arrived. I checked my order status and it says I RMA'd this drive. I never got the drive, how could I return it? I think seller did not want to sell drive at a reduced price..... I do not trust the seller AT ALL. No one should if they can't deliver the goods.

Despite what you might read here, I had a great experience with HPP Enterprises. I got the product I wanted at 30% off the best price I could find anywhere else. It shipped FAST. No problems. I would definitely purchase from them again. ...and I just might right now!

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
