If your return is not based on a defective or incorrect item, we can still accept your return with a return authorization. The Buyer will be responsible for return shipping and will receive a refund, less shipping charges and up to a 50% restocking fee. (Note: our restocking fee is typically 15% on opened items; however, the Marketplace Agreement allows up to a 50% restocking fee on some items. Examples include: obvious used products, camping gear, toys, stilts, damaged computers, tablets, motherboard or processors with bent pins, or other items with obvious wear and tear that are not in resellable condition). All original materials, packaging, boxes, manuals must be included.

Refunds are issued when product has been received, verified, and tested. With the exception of incorrect shipments, damaged items, or defective items, original shipping and return shipping charges are not refundable.

Please note that due to copyright restrictions, we CANNOT accept returns of opened computer software or video games. All intimate apparel (under garments, lingerie, etc) is non-returnable for any reason. In addition, we do not accept opened motherboards that have "bent pins". ALL motherboards are factory sealed, brand new, and will ever, ever ship with bent pins. Any motherboard returned with "bent pins" or damage will be refused and resent to customer with no refund.

Return shipping charges and original shipping charges are the responsibility of the Buyer except in cases where we have sent an incorrect item or your item is defective. In addition, if your item was lost or was not delivered by the "Expected Delivery Date" provided by Amazon.Com, we will refund your shipping charges should you choose to return the item.

Work's really great, just don't overcharge, and on alkaline's don't run them down all the way before recharging,makes them last longer, but you still only get 3 or 4 charges before they leak.

I have a problem when the picture does not match what is actually being offered. HPP Enterprises is not alone in this misleading pictures(all of your vendors who sell this item). Everyone out there including someone whos' name of the product included the word "collar" was only selling the refurbished controller. No collar included. Very few had " In the box" description. This one did and I should have realized that the collar was not included. Only after it arrived did I go back and read the "in the Box". One supplier pulled the product while I was talking to him on the phone asking if the collar was included. It was a great deal even without the collar, but I would have purchased the item directly from Garmin that was already synced to hand held, as first try to sync has not worked. I will try again tonight.

I have never left a 1 egge rating before, but the ear/nose trimmer is useless. The beard trimmer is not much better. The price was LOW so it was worth a try. For the ear/nose trimmer, go with one of the Panasonic models. They work well, last a couple of years and are under $20.00. For the beard trimmer,Panasonic and Norelco both offer a good model for under $30.00

I bought a Lenovo X1 from them but they stopped the shipment and did not deliver the laptop to us siding that it was not the correct item. But the real reason was the they figured out they listed the laptop on newegg with the wrong price. I say if you advertise a unit you need to stand by your price even if you listed with the wrong price. Please tell me if im wrong.

Came within good time, but the seller shipped the item in the actual retail box. No packing materials, just took the item off the shelf and slapped a UPS label on it. So far from professional. It was a Christmas gift and came all battered up and shaken around. We'll find out if everything is okay once the recipient installs it next week. Not a professional seller.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
