The seller is great, its just that it took so long to arrive. Just know that it will take awhile to arrive, You may want to select a faster more expensive shipping. Or not a problem if you live nearer to the shipper.

Rating + 1 Didn't get my order.

I was sent 1/3 of my order. When I contacted Newegg, they tried to act like they couldn't help. Eventually, I was asked if I wanted the rest of my order or a refund for the missing 1/3. I asked for the rest of the order that I placed. A week later, they issued a refund for the missing 1/3.

I ordered the Arcade Game 2 in 1 Switch Control JAMMA PC Board, GBS-8118 recently. The store page advertised the older model, which featured a wireless remote for changing games. The item I received was the newer model, which has a wired switch instead. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED that you sold me the wrong revision with the wrong features, but I also know that there isn't much that can be done since it is no longer in production. So I will keep the item and figure out a solution for mounting the switch (I do not want to cut into the MDF walls of my arcade cabinet), but you need to keep your product pages up to date.

I ordered a fish tank stand from them and it was damaged. I emailed them letting them know that the stand was damaged and they wanted to offer me a discount on the item. I requested return information twice without an RMA being issued or followup.

The seller sent a wrong item to me. It was NOT the item in the picture or description. Even though it was the sellers mistake, he still charged me shipping. How is this right when I didn't order the item sent to me? DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER!

    You can return a purchasse within 30 days of receipt as long as it is not damaged,used and is shipped back in its original packaging. We refund the price of the item, minus any shipping charges we incurred to ship the item to the customer. Any items returned that are deemed not resaleable will either be discarded or returned to customer as long as customer pays for the return shipping postage.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
