Rating + 1 Terrible service, I have yet to be contacted so I can return this item.

I ordered an incorrect item. I emailed the seller the day the item arrived after realizing my mistake, requesting an RMA so I could return it. I didn't hear back from them after a few days so I messaged them again, and again no response, so I contacted New Egg (twice now) and they haven't gotten a response. I'm furious because I need to get refunded this money so I can order the correct item. ARGH!!!

My Luma Ice maker died, i requested an RMA from newegg with in half hour i received a RMA from the Seller.
so i began to pack the Ice Maker the next morning,FedEx shows up with my Replacement Machine. WOW that was fast.

Rating + 1 Don't buy this product. Not working and the customer service is bad.

I bought this air cooling system. First, it did not work, even when I put cold water in it (or even ice). I ran it for 6 hours and the temperature did not change.
When I want to return this system, the customer service ignored me and never responded. What a pain dealing with this company.

The seller did fine and the product seems to be ok; however one odd thing I noticed when shopping around for the "NewAir AH-400 Portable Space Heater" is the only way to get it from both "A Very Large Online Store Whose Name Is Similar To A South American River" and NewEgg was through Air & Water Inc. Not a bad thing, but just surprised to see a heater with only a sole source.

The unit came with a dent on top. It was hard to tell whether it was caused by shipping or left the factory like that. Either way, we didn't feel like dealing with the return and delay hassle. The dent wasn't huge. We're dissapointed, but we understand these things happen.

In addition, there was absolutely no markings on the shipping box that tell the shipper to keep the unit upright. This really seems like a basic for shipping compressor equipment. We let the unit sit for a couple of days before turning on just in case, and the unit is working fine.

Delivery of the item came two days before the schedule and I was able to impress my visitors. In Las Vegas, where the temp has been in the hi 90's, the oscillating fan is a gift from heaven. The fan works as expected. Again, thanks for the early delivery.
