it is a very sturdy and strong machine. We bought it for heavy sewing and have found that it does the job. I specially like that it is metal.

I purchased the following...
"Miele Callisto S5281 Vacuum Cleaner with SEB 228 Powerhead and SBB-300-3 Floorbrush" The product arrived with shipping damage to the SEB 228 Powerhead. I contacted Mr. Vac & Mrs Sew. Instead of having me ship the whole unit they paid return shipping for just the powerhead and sent me a better one (the SEB 236) as a replacement. They always answered the phone when I called and were very courteous. I would do business with them anytime.

Shipped in factory box without additional protection. Box was damaged as was internal foam, but vacuum was okay. Fast shipping and smooth transaction.

This sellers was great. I don't usually write reviews but these guys were so good I had to write one. I bought my wife a sewing machine for Christmas but placed the order a little late. I had already told my wife her gift would be a few days late because of shipping on the holidays. They were so quick with shipping the item out I received the sewing machine just before Christmas and was able to give it to her on Christmas day. These guys deserve a big thanks for helping me get out of trouble for forgetting to shop for Christmas.

They had exactly the model I wanted (even though it was discontinued) for a lower price than anywhere else and they got it to me exactly when they said they would.
This isn't the 1st time that going through Newegg has helped me find a discontinued item that others told me was impossible to find, and it probably won't be the last.

Item was just as it appeared in the ad. All attachments included as expected. Bought two identical sewing machnes, one for my wife and one for her friend. Both very happy.

30 Day Return Policy
Mr. Vac and Mrs. Sew offers a 30 day full refund (less shipping charges) or exchange on unused and unopened merchandise purchased on Newegg.com. All returns must be pre-authorized and must be sent back to us in exactly the same condition as you received. Merchandise must be returned in original, unused, mint condition, as shipped. You will be charged full retail price for all missing or damaged items. If the product was opened and/or used by the buyer and is in new condition with all original packaging, the buyer has 2 different return options. Please read the below options carefully and choose which return option fits you best. Option 1 -If the product was opened or used by the buyer and is in new condition with all original packaging, the buyer can return the product within 30 days of invoice date for a Full Website Credit. • Reconditioned items or factory serviced items.
• Items damaged by you or deemed in un-saleable condition
• Any item that shows excessive wear and tear, since items that are to be returned are to be under 30 days old items should be in very good condition to excellent condition. If item is not in either very good to excellent condition item is considered un-saleable condition thus a final sale.
• Special orders
• Clearance items, closeout items and discontinued items
• Any item that does not have an RA number will be refused or returned to the customer.
Mr. Vac and Mrs. Sew is not responsible for any shortages in shipments not reported to us in 7 days. Shortages must be reported within 7 days of receiving items.
