Standard Return Policy
As long as products are not used, you may return you order no questions asked. Just click on the link to download RMA Form, fill it in and include with the returning product. Shipping and handling charges will be not refunded. No Restocking Fee will apply to any return which meets the requirements listed below.
* Exchanges can be done but are subject to additional shipping charges. The item that needs to be exchanged must be in NEW condition and must not have been used. All the products sold on dipndive.com are NEW items. Items returned for a SIZE exchange are also subject to additional shipping charges.
* Dip 'N Dive provides 60 days from the date of invoice to return the merchandise for a 100% full credit or refund on your credit card on any item. Item must me in NEW condition and with original packaging.
* Anytime between 60 and 120 days from the date of invoice and; if the the items are in NEW condition, Dip 'N Dive will provide you 100% store credit or a gift card for 100% that can be used to purchase any product in Dip 'N Dive's web store.
* Because all products sold are NEW items, we are unable to take back any USED items.

Please ensure that all the item(s) are packed securely. All returned products should be in the condition they were received in, as well as in their original packaging. Please remember all original manufacturers labeled packaging with all materials, manuals and blank warranty cards should be included. Send your package via UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post. Please note that your shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.
*Educational Materials such as CD's DVD's and Books due to copyright laws cannot be returned.
**Merchandise returned in used condition or not in its original packaging will be refused, and you will be responsible for freight charges in both directions.
***No Restocking Fee will apply to any return which met the requirements listed above.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
