Rating + 1 Absolute Joke

Placed and order through Newegg marketplace for a laptop through 1saleaday.. Received a UPS tracking number within a day stating 5-7 business days shipping.. After 4 business days tracking code doesn't exist.

Newegg kindly provided contact info, an 800 number and email. The 800 number provided no assistance as it is a "General Information Line." After waiting 2 business days for an email response, 1saleaday informed me they were having difficulties shipping my item. Even though a tracking number had been generated.

The rep informed me, normally refunds can't be processed, and I would know in 48 business hours if it had. But for my inconvenience, they would offer an 8 dollar credit should I accept the shipment..

In short, never order anything with 1saleaday as the seller.. Worst experience ever.

I ordered this item 11/25 It is not here yet. I could have waked to Colorado with it and been here sooner. This is the first time I have ever experienced this type of poor delivery service from New Egg.

Rating + 1 1SaleADay has horrible communications

1SaleADay advertises rock bottom prices but after ordering I found the DVD player elsewhere for 40% money. I tried calling them to cancel the order 5 minutes after placing it, but was directed to send email. They never answered the email and shipped the order anyway.

The website order page said the antenna is model FL-5500A (50-mile range, 18ft cord). However, I received model # FL-55YR which is 35 mile range. It is not labeled FL-5500A anywhere like what was advertised.

I sent an email to the seller right after I received the antenna but its almost a month and I haven't heard back from them

Rating + 1 Slingbox Is DOA

The network port on this "refurbished" item is dead. It is completely useless. The network light on the box doesn't light. I've reset it and power cycled it endlessly and well as changing network cables. Nothing will make it work.

Rating + 1 Just a horrible and tedious experience

Bought a Tumi jacket that was on sale from these guys. It arrived after a long time and was sent just in a plastic shipping bag with no real protection. It wasn't damaged in shipping, but I did find that the internal stitching in one of the sleeves was defective so I initiated the RMA process through Newegg. With Another retailer that Newegg won't let me name, this process is SMOOTH as butter. There's not enough words here to describe the process, but let me just give a ;tldr:

Received defective item, spent weeks getting a return shipping label, sent item back, no refund after over 15 business days, Newegg voided RMA. I put in a dispute with the CC company - I will let them deal with this seller and then never do business with them again.

    1Sale offers a 30-Day return policy on all items, from the order date. 14 days are allowed for the item to be received in our warehouse, after filing for an RMA Form.

    Please note that all products include a manufacturers warranty. If an item arrives defective and you are not able to get it repaired by the manufacturer, please contact us and we will arrange for an exchange if possible or for a full refund if the item is no longer in stock.

    All merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturers packaging including blank original manufacturer’s warranty cards and paperwork.

    All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form; Please email to obtain an RMA form. Any returns sent back without an RMA form will be refused by our warehouse.

    Customer is not required to return orders that retailed for under $8.99, on their dime, if the item is DOA (Dead on Arrival), even if sold on a promotion.

    Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. (Including all refused and unaccepted packages).

    On all returned/refused packages that were shipped out with free shipping, the actual shipping charge that 1Sale paid to ship out the order is non-refundable, and may be deducted from the refund amount.

    There is a 15% restocking & processing fee on all non-DOA returns.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
