Standard Return Policy
1Sale offers a 30-Day return policy on all items, from the order date. 14 days are allowed for the item to be received in our warehouse, after filing for an RMA Form.
Please note that all products include a manufacturers warranty. If an item arrives defective and you are not able to get it repaired by the manufacturer, please contact us and we will arrange for an exchange if possible or for a full refund if the item is no longer in stock.
All merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturers packaging including blank original manufacturer’s warranty cards and paperwork.
All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form; Please email email@example.com to obtain an RMA form. Any returns sent back without an RMA form will be refused by our warehouse.
Customer is not required to return orders that retailed for under $8.99, on their dime, if the item is DOA (Dead on Arrival), even if sold on a promotion.
Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. (Including all refused and unaccepted packages).
On all returned/refused packages that were shipped out with free shipping, the actual shipping charge that 1Sale paid to ship out the order is non-refundable, and may be deducted from the refund amount.
There is a 15% restocking & processing fee on all non-DOA returns.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
