I buy hundreds of dollars of online purchases each month. From my experience, 1SaleADay is a complete fraud; they take your money; they don't ship the product that they claim to have shipped product when they didn't (provided bogus tracking #); they don't answer the phone or return calls; don't respond to emails; NewEgg has no business working with these criminals. Come on NewEgg; get a clue!

I didn't really have any necessary interaction with the seller, so this is purely based on the shipping experience. The product I received was put in a box that was quite a bit larger than the product's box, and there was very little (if any) packaging material used to take up the extra space. So when my product arrived, it had bounced around inside the shipping box so much that it had torn itself open and some pieces were loose in the box. Other pieces of the product ("little tabs for securing pieces together") had broken off. The few broken tabs didn't keep the entire assembly from being able to be put together, so it didn't warrant me filing a complaint. I place blame on some of it breaking due to cheap manufacturing and part of it I blame on below-average packaging by the seller/shipper. Had it been broken to the point of being unusable due to packaging, that would've warranted a 1-egg rating (since no-egg is not an option).

Very slow shipping. I realize this is not really Newegg, but a 3rd party "Newegg Store", but not up to usual standards for timely shipping. Took 7 days to get it shipped, and another 5 days for delivery. Item quality as expected. Price was great.

Please disregard my previous rating where I rated the seller as 1 egg, it was more out of the frustation of the product quality. When 1SaleADay was informed of my problems, they contacted me and provided excellent customer service to resolve the situation. Will buy from again!

Item was fine and a great deal but I had to drop an Egg because the shipping was much slower than I am accustomed too when ordering from NewEgg. They shipped it the Tuesday after the Thursday I placed my order and I received my item on the very last day of the estimated shipping time.

It was a great deal; there is absolutely nothing wrong with the product.
It took over TWO WEEKS to receive it, however. The seller purportedly shipped the item immediately... I emailed to inquire after 9 business days, they responded right away. Still... like 12 business days to receive the purchased item is inexcusable... regardless who's at fault.

1SaleADay offers a 45-Day return policy on all items, from the order date. 14 days are allowed for the item to be received in our warehouse, after filing for an RMA Form.
Please note that all products include a manufacturers warranty. If an item arrives defective and you are not able to get it repaired by the manufacturer, please contact us and we will arrange for an exchange if possible or for a full refund if the item is no longer in stock.
All merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturers packaging including blank original manufacturer’s warranty cards and paperwork.
All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form; Please email newegg@1saleaday.com to obtain an RMA form. Any returns sent back without an RMA form will be refused by our warehouse.
Customer is not required to return orders that retailed for under $8.99, on their dime, if the item is DOA (Dead on Arrival), even if sold on a promotion.
Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. (Including all refused and unaccepted packages).
On all returned/refused packages that were shipped out with free shipping, the actual shipping charge that 1SaleADay paid to ship out the order is non-refundable, and may be deducted from the refund amount.
There is a 15% restocking & processing fee on all non-DOA returns.
