Product wasn't the size I expected, but that's hard to determine without trying them on anyways. The seller, however, was unhelpful. They did not provide me with a valid tracking number and when I asked them about the status of my package, I got conflicting information. One representative told me it was being returned and another representative told me it was en route. It arrived, but the customer service was lacking

Exactly as advertised, purchased them for a great discount, and received them exactly when they were expected to arrive. Couldn't be happier with this purchase :)

Originally ordered 2 Bluetooth headsets on 4/29. Was told would receive product within 5-7 business days. After 10 business days, still hadn't received the product. After contacting customer service on May 9th, I was told that it would be delivered on May 13th. I gave them extra time and didn't contact them until the 17th. Their response? Please allow 2 to 3 more business days. Still did not receive the package. Contacted them yesterday, didn't get a response till today, which after back and forth about verifying an address (shouldn't this have been done on the first request?) was told that they are NOW opening a claim and to wait an additional 7-10 business days. Completely unacceptable. I will never do business with this company ever again. Already requested a full refund.

Delivery took 7 business days which seemed slow because UPS sent a notice it would come in 2 days; but it was within their description of 5-7 work days. When I inquired, was answered promptly and courteously and info continued to be supplied each day till arrival. The Acer laptop is beautiful, I love it, and it was shipped fully protected, nice job. Great deal!

I purchased as a "kick" for my wife for Mother's Day. Ordered in plenty of time (if the order were from the Egg). Came the Friday after MD - not as pictured - in a gift box with a little bow - but a cheap mailing bag. The contents didn't matter - the lateness and presentation did. Never again.

Shipped within the allotted time (Took a week, but they said 5 - 7 days). Product was very nice, no complaints whatsoever.

After days and days of waiting for the order. They said it is Out of Stock. Does it take days to be notified? Horrible! Buyers Beware!

I buy hundreds of dollars of online purchases each month. From my experience, 1SaleADay is a complete fraud; they take your money; they don't ship the product that they claim to have shipped product when they didn't (provided bogus tracking #); they don't answer the phone or return calls; don't respond to emails; NewEgg has no business working with these criminals. Come on NewEgg; get a clue!

1SaleADay offers a 45-Day return policy on all items, from the order date. 14 days are allowed for the item to be received in our warehouse, after filing for an RMA Form.
Please note that all products include a manufacturers warranty. If an item arrives defective and you are not able to get it repaired by the manufacturer, please contact us and we will arrange for an exchange if possible or for a full refund if the item is no longer in stock.
All merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturers packaging including blank original manufacturer’s warranty cards and paperwork.
All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form; Please email newegg@1saleaday.com to obtain an RMA form. Any returns sent back without an RMA form will be refused by our warehouse.
Customer is not required to return orders that retailed for under $8.99, on their dime, if the item is DOA (Dead on Arrival), even if sold on a promotion.
Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. (Including all refused and unaccepted packages).
On all returned/refused packages that were shipped out with free shipping, the actual shipping charge that 1SaleADay paid to ship out the order is non-refundable, and may be deducted from the refund amount.
There is a 15% restocking & processing fee on all non-DOA returns.
