Seller appears to have held onto my Camera Case for several days after printing shipping label before actually mailing it resulting in a much longer than should have been delivery time.

Had to call in to customer service to get any type of shipping information. They were not very helpful. Additionally, their order processing time was inordinately long. Will use another reseller in the future.

Ordered two Beats headphones -- one was defective. Getting in touch with someone from Big Value took over an hour, figuring out how to get a RMA for only one item was unbelievably difficult and now it's been a week since my headphones returned to their store and still no refund. Never, never again!

I purchased a waterproof video camera through new egg, supplied by this seller. when it did not work and would not charge, the seller would not respond to e mails requesting a return authorization. perhaps they are too big to be concerned about product compliance or customer satisfaction.

The item was poorly packaged. The item was shipped in an envelope and not in a box. It arrived with a rip in the envelope and one of the sides of the box was crushed. I contacted New Egg and they said they could not help me and contact the seller. I contacted the seller and there has been no response from Big Value.

This was the second item I bought from Big Value, Inc. This second purchase actually had a manufacturers defect. Big Value offered me a full refund or a replacement. I got me a replacement very quickly, and Big Value even paid for the return shipping. I would definitely recommend this internet seller.

    Opened, non-defective items* may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, return shipping/handling and insurance are your responsibility and you may be subject to a restocking fee of 5%-15%, fees vary in accordance to the return issue.

    Defective items* are eligible for an exchange within 30 days of original receipt (please follow directions above). All special order and/or final sale items you must contact the manufacturer for warranty service.

    Items must be returned in the exact condition of receipt, all original packing materials, boxes, manuals, accessories and warranty cards must be unscathed and included in your return to qualify for any replacement, exchange or refund.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
