Rating + 1 Unresponsive Seller

Placed my order and realized it was for the wrong size router bits for my tool. Requested to cancel order same day with NewEgg.com Cancel Order feature (within a couple hours of placing the order) and Seller ignored. Followed up with e-mail, no response. Order was mailed, so requested RMA when I received it on NewEgg.com. Again, seller ignored, so e-mailed seller directly. Still no response. This all occurred in April 2014 and it is now the last day of August 2014, so buyer beware.

Rating + 1 Does Not Ship

Placed an order on June 26, 2014 and the seller listed the item as shipped on June 27...after being paid for the order. I inquired on the status of the shipment on July 3 as the USPS site indicated no pick-up from this seller. Was informed by the seller: "We have been notified by our supplier that we should receive a shipment by the end of next week." Apparently this seller has no inventory system by their admission: "We currently do not have a "real time" inventory system so we do over sell items." Every time I checked their site for the item I ordered, it indicates the item is in stock. Apparently, when they admit they do not have the item in stock, they continue to sell the item to unsuspecting customers. 19 Days after the order has been placed, the seller has not shipped the items. If I could rate no stars, I would.

Obviously sent me the wrong part but they are making me pay the shipping to return it. I will never buy from Buckeye Tool Supply again!

Bought two batteries, received one. Tried to email them, no response. Tried to call them, no answer.
Newegg did come through for me, I contacted Neweeg and they refunded my money for one battery.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER.

Rating + 1 Totally unsatisfactory purchase experience

I ordered AND PAID FOR three items. I received one. I contacted Newegg and in a chat with "Victor" was told I needed to contact Buckeye Tool Supply. they have not responded to me. Since I paid via PayPal, I filed a claim with them, and it has produced zero results. Next step is to file a dispute with American Express, who recognizes internet fraud and will help the cardholder

Item was never shipped. Was sent a USPS "tracking number" and received confirmation from USPS that the item was never scanned at the post office.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
