I emailed this company 3 times to cancel my order and they never responded to any my emails. Then I see a tracking number for it, so they just wasted my time and money sending me something they shouldnt have.

Rating + 1 avoid them.

Ordered 1 battery, they sent the wrong model # battery to me. I tried calling them, no voicemail. I tried emailing them, no response. I contacted Newegg who arranged a return. Its been over 3 weeks since the returned items were delivered to them. Still no refund. Not worth saving a couple of dollars.

I placed an order and the browser crashed before it finished. Minutes later I get a notice that two of the orders had gone through, which I thought was strange given I didn't even get to the verified by visa part. I immediately sent an email to cancel and got a response saying to contact the marketplace seller Buckeye. I did so and received no response. I did again then next day and received no response. Today... two days later both items just shipped. Both newegg and Buckeye have been less than helpful on this. So beware making an order, don't expect a response. Also be careful on the marketplace because Newegg will not help you and tell you to just contact the seller.

Seller was great the batteries ordered wouldn't fit my tools so he took them back. Hopefully this is no different than Lowe's or Wall-Mart?

Rating + 2 Incomplete order

I ordered 2 items at the same time from this merchant. Only one item arrived. I emailed the seller to ask if the other item would be sent shortly or if perhaps the item was mistakenly not shipped. I waited several days for a response, which never came. Next, I tried calling the seller to check on the status of my incomplete order. No one answered and after 15 rings I assumed no messaging service either. I reported the incomplete order and lack of seller response to NewEgg. NewEgg customer service gets five eggs for providing all further correspondence with the seller to complete my order. Stellar customer service from NewEgg for ensuring my order was completed, but I never heard a word from Buckeye Tool.

Rating + 1 Incomplete order and no response

Bought the 3-pack Shark vacuum filter from this seller, but the order came with only 1 quantity instead of 3. I sent email and called the seller but no response. Be careful when buying from this seller. Luckily my item is not too costly for me to give a cow about it. This seller is obviously desperate enough to cheat a few bucks from a customer and risking to get bad review. I have been buying stuffs from Newegg for year but never had from a market place. This will be my last time buying from Market place seller through Newegg. Newegg, I hope you take this kind of comment and ban sellers like these. Experience like this makes loyal customers go somewhere else.

ordered an item on jan 8th. they quickly created a shipping\tracking number but the item has not shipped. Emailed then through Newegg which attaches the order number and they send an email asking for the order number.
