Standard Return Policy
Please request a Return Authorization Code and provide detailed reasons for your return by emailing us at email@example.com or by calling us at 877-318-1101.
Please write the Return Authorization Code on the outside of your package and on a note which needs to be included inside the package.
Please DO NOT remove the tags on the item. Once the tag is removed, we will not accept the item for return.
1. All returns must be made within 7 days from the date you received your purchase.
2. All returns must be in the original conditions, with all the materials the item came with and the original packaging.
3. We offer 100% money-back if the item is not as described or arrived damaged.
4. If the reason of your return is other than item not as described or arrived damaged - a 20% re-stocking fee will apply.
5. To wave the 20% restocking fee, please request a 100% store credit or exchange. If you leave us a positive feedback prior to shipping back the item – we will offer you a full refund.
6. Buyer pays for the return shipping.
7. Any duties/taxes or customs fees are non-refundable.
After shipping out your return, please email us the tracking number, otherwise the return will be refused.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
