The item I purchased did not match the description or photo whatsoever. I contacted Newegg support who requested a refund for me but they never heard back from the seller. Disappointing to say the least!

Rating + 5 A good product but poor instructions

The pistol grip shotgun stock is great and works great. However, trying to figure out the parts and their placement is really difficult with the poorly designed "exploded view" of the product. Some of the enlarged items are actually oriented about 180 degrees from the way they fit together. The instructions appear to have been translated into English from some other language by a translator who does not really do well with English. So unless you are pretty handy figuring out things on your own, you might find the assembly instructions to be extremely frustrating.

Rating + 1 Terrible Service and Product

Rating very Poor. I ordered "as advertised" a 48" soft side bow case. They sent me a 42" bow case that obviously doesn't work for me. I called New Egg to return and have never received an RMA. 1. You advertise a 48" case and ship out a 44" case. Excuse: We didn't have any of the 48" in stock. 2. Request RMA and have gotten no where. You ship out something I didn't order and then you wont take it back. Never again will I do business with this website and I would still like to get my money back or get the correct product.

Rating + 1 Buyer Beware - Return Policy Restrictions Not Posted On Web Site

I purchased a 64 oz insulated Klean Kanteen bottle from Reds Gear via NewEgg and received it on August 10, 2015. After using the bottle the first time I noticed that when filled with ice and taken outside it would start sweating. Upon researching Klean Kanteen's website this sweating should not occur. Upon reaching out to Reds Gear via numerous back and forth emails the end result was that unless I provided the packaging the bottle was sent in Reds Gear would not accept a return on a defective item.
Since the bottle came with only a hanging tag on the loop and some marketing papers inside there was no packaging material to speak of but regardless the bottle had to be returned with the packaging material. While this would normally not be a problem this condition of return for defective items is not listed on their returns page. Rather than continue the fruitless email string the best course of action is to not buy from them again.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
