They called to tell me my item was backordered. When I called them back a couple weeks later to see if my order had shipped I spent 40 minutes trying to talk to someone. Everytime they picked up the gentalman was rude and kept putting me on hold in the middle of me talking. He told me the toy was backordered again, which was fine but in the middle of my sentence asking if I could get a notification he put me on hold again. Once I heard the music I was so mad I decided I was NOT EVER going to give them my business. When he came back on the line I asked him to cancell my order he said they were busy and I was being Rude. I do almost all my shopping online and I love newegg but this was my worst online shopping experience ever.

Nice products...CRAZY Shipping Costs

It has been 14 days since my order "shipped" via 7 to 10 day shipping. I never got a tracking number and after reading the reviews about TrendTimes I doubt I will ever get my order. If I have trouble getting a refund 30 days after my order "shipped" I will never use Newegg again.

I ordered the RC VW BUS and they shipped the Beetle. It was ordered as a Christmas present and since they do NOT respond to my emails and phone calls, I have probably been scammed. I wish you could do a "ZERO EGG" rating because these guys are zeros. Do NOT EVER buy from these rip off artists. Also, I contacted NewEgg and they were WORTHLESS in helping. Just said to wait until the vendor responds...RIGHT...That will happen.
