I received a bad battery from this company, then was unable to email them at the link they provided in my complaint. I had to go through the new egg sellers list to email them. When I finally got a hold of someone they were very nice, and said they would ship another one to me, and I didn't have to send the old one back. They said it would take 4-11 business days, however 13 business days later I still do not have my battery, and do not have a good battery for my phone. I originally ordered the battery over a month ago. They obviously don't care about the inconvenience of not having a strong battery in your phone, or giving the customer what they paid for. Very dissapointed

On Dec. 10th I ordered a replacement smart phone battery to give as a Christmas present. eForCity immediately shipped the battery the next day, standard shipping, via DHL for ultimate delivery by USPS. DHL tracking site stated USPS received the package. USPS tracking site stated it never rec'd delivery from DHL. I contacted eForCity concerning the non-delivery. I had a response within two hours assuring me that if the package did not arrive within the time allowed for standard shipping I could have it reshipped or my purchase refunded. All my messages to eForCity received immediate, relevant responses - usually within 2 hours, always in less than 24 hours. eForCity completely and timely followed through on their assurances that the package would be redelivered.

Rating + 1 Horrible: Sent wrong charger and refused to acknowledge mistake

This seller sent a charger with the wrong contacts configuration for the stated battery type and refused to acknowledge the problem even after I sent photos showing how the contacts aren't lined up with the battery plates. I'm peeved!

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
