I recently placed an order with whom I thought was Newegg, but newegg sent my purchase through a third party; eForCity.
I was sent the wrong item and contacted Newegg (where I bought it from),... and was quickly given the number for eForCity; which took days to get someone to answer the phone. I received no receipt from them , so I have no receipt or anything else to send back with my ink cartridge. I have my fingers crossed that I get something 9anything) back from them. I'm not at all happy that Newegg redirected me to a third party, and totally brushed me of when I called with my "wrong item" issue. I've been a customer for the better part of ten years or more because of your reputation and customer service. if I wanted to buy it from eForCity... I'd have visited their website! I eventually was sent a pre-paid shipping label.

Screen protectors are cheap and easy to apply but not very scratch resistance. Within the first day I had scratches on it that were deep enough to make the screen protector feel rough. I guess I got what I paid for. Cheap price = cheap quality. Would not recommend.

I ordered this item Petra 255-025 (C1736/BK/6') 2 RCA Plugs to 1 RCA Jack Y-Adapter, Item #: 9SIA0PG0NH7587, but received a power cord instead of the item I ordered thru Newegg and sold by eForCity.

The case doesn't fit, has no hole for the camera, leaves all four edges open to allow damage to the iPad, the iPad slips around inside because it can't be secured properly. I have yet to receive instructions to have it returned, I am very unsatisfied with the way New Egg has handled this situation.

RMA Policy
- Standard Return Policy:
• Return for refund (original purchase price only, shipping and handling is NOT refundable): 30 days from the Invoice date
• Return for replacement: Within 30 days from the Invoice date
• Defective Products: Credited refund for purchase price to original method of payment
• 15% restocking fee may apply
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All items returned without RMA number will be refused.
All returns must include the following:
1. Original packaging (manufacturer's box, plastic bags, etc.)
2. Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids eligibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.
3. Valid RMA is REQUIRED on every return package. You can obtain the RMA number by contacting us at Newegg-rma@eforcity.com with your Invoice Number or Order Number.
4. Original packing slip if applicable
5. Complete accessories (antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.)
6. Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
The RMA number must be written on the invoice or shipping box. The RMA number must NOT be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or will be refused and returned at your cost and without credit approval.
eForCity in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective.
Manufacturer's Warranties
• Return for refund: Not offered
• Return for replacement: Not offered
eForCity does NOT offer any returns on any products under Manufacturer's Warranties return policy unless it's a wrong item shipped case or never opened items. All items must be returned in the original brand new condition or will be refused at customer's cost.
Products listed under Manufacturer's Warranties return policy must be returned directly to the product manufacturer for repair or replacement. Warranty policy provided by the product manufacturer may require any returns, repairs etc. be requested and processed directly by the consumer (or "end-user") of the item.
Seasonal Products

All DVD, Movies must be returned within 30 day of the Invoice date. All returned DVDs, Movies must be in brand new condition (unopened, still in its plastic wrap). All opened non-defective returns will be refused at customer's cost. For defective and wrong shipped DVDs / movies, we will offer refund at its original purchase price only, no replacement is offered. For wrong shipped DVDs / movies, they must be returned in the original brand new condition, never opened and still in its plastic wrap. All of our DVDs are Region 1 movies; we are NOT responsible for accepting returns due to purchase of wrong Region code DVDs.
