Rating + 1 Didn't Match what I Ordered

I thought I was getting a rubberized cased with a keyboard cover. What I got was a cheap plastic cover with nothing for the keyboard. Asked for replacement - no response!!

My purchase through the marketplace was a nightmare. Basically I was left to deal with a seller who didn't speak english and had to deal with the problem through my Credit card company. Newegg is a shell of its former self. Between shananigans with prices and customer service reps with attitudes ....I'm done.

Rating + 1 Horrible buying experience

Ordered product, was charged three times for the same thing and battled for two weeks to get a refund. I'm still out $9 in bank fees. Never again will I shop here. But feel free to give me the rest of my money!

Rating + 1 Bad deal all the way around.

first off, I thought I was buying from NewEgg. They transmitted the order to some distant third party. Secondly, the product was not as advertised, will not fit my phone. The ad stated that the product was adjustable to fit a wide variety of devices, this was not the case. Ultra Cheezy product, cheezy vendor and a misleading ad. Other than that IT WAS JUST GREAT!!!! Can I return this? I'll never use it.

Rating + 1 Worst Service i have ever had in my entire life

Paid for the this product weeks ago and haven't even seen it move through shipment tracking. I was suppose to receive my product in 5-7 business days, emailed the company after 8 days and they told me 2-11 business days, and argued that i shouldn't worry. Well it is now been half a month and its still in the warehouse waiting to be shipped out.

Worse experience on New Egg i have ever had. They usually use OnTrac Shipping, and they usually automatically overnight anything and everything that comes through. This i s why i use New Egg whenever i can, Get free shipping and get it the next day.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 – 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
