Rating + 1 defective or counterfeit product, will not accept a return

My so-called "new genuine OEM battery" is either not new or not genuine, because it does not hold a charge as well as a new battery and will not charge as quickly as a new battery. It's essentially useless and just sits on my desk. The seller refused a refund or exchange because more than thirty days have elapsed since my order--but thirty days have NOT elapsed since I received the product (as the seller and/or Newegg can verify by checking the tracking number), because they took over a week to send it to me.

My recommendation, obviously, is not to do business with this seller, and I'm so disappointed with Newegg's handling of this issue that I don't think I'll be shopping here ever again.

Rating + 1 Not worth the risk of a Fee-Ridden (Restocking Fee: 15.00%) Return Hassle. :P Shop elsewhere.

Ordering from here seems like a crapshoot. My fragile item was poorly packed, thrown into too large and too soft of an envelope, unprotected. I was lucky in that my item was fairly inexpensive. I din't want to contend with their appalling hassle of a return policy. :P Forget about it. Shopping here's not worth the risk of a Fee-Ridden (Restocking Fee: 15.00%) Return Hassle. :P Shop elsewhere.

I accidentally purchased the same product on two different accounts. On the same day I attempted to cancel one of the orders but after some red tape between new egg and the seller, the seller refused, though the product was not even in transit or seemingly in process yet. They said I would have to return when it got here.

When I received both of them I discovered it was the wrong size. They have 15% restocking fee and will not accept a product if it looks used. I've already taken the case of one of them out of the box so there's a few bucks gone to waste.

Rating + 3 Microsoft 640 Case didn't fit the phone, but good customer service.

We ordered the case (Microsoft Lumia 640(Metro PCS)/Lumia 640(T-mobile) Case, eForCity Stand Folio Flip Leather [Card Slot] Wallet Flap Pouch Case Cover For Microsoft Lumia 640(Metro PCS)/Lumia 640(T-mobile), Black), and the didn't fit in it. The case was about 1-2 mm too small in every dimension. The company responded quickly and afters ending them pictures of the phone not fitting promptly refunded our money.

Ordered a battery pack for an Xbox controller. For some reason I could only find one at a reasonable price bundled with a headset I didn't really want or need. Package arrived in good condition and timely. Headset but no battery pack. Gave the headset away and bought a battery pack elsewhere. So this was a complete waste of my time and money.

Sent a bogiss (fake) tracking No. and still have not receved the product. Its now listed as out of stock. But my email says it was sent. and was in stock at the time. no offer to reimburse !!!

    Pet Products
    Any items that are returned dirty or containing fur will be rejected without a refund.
    Toy Products

    Apparel/ Fashion Accessories
    Items can be tried and fitted but must not be worn, altered, washed or damaged. Returns must be with all tags and labels still attached.

    Return Method:
    Please include a copy of your original invoice with your return order. Please include a brief note on the invoice for any additional info or comments that you would like to provide.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
