Seller sent me what is clearly a used/restocked phone charger and nothing about the product listing suggested it was anything but new. There was no sealed packaging and charger had oily residue all over with finger prints, a worn cord, and printed specifications that had been rubbed nearly completely off.

I ordered this item again because they sent the wrong one the first time. the also sent a replacement for the first one. now I have two, and can only use one.

First let me say that Newegg has been and remains our first choice for electronic and computer products. However I was a little disappointed when we received the Micro SD card we ordered. It came in a simple plastic bag without a holder or SD card adapter as I thought it would so I could also use it for regular SD card applications. But then I can't complain about the price and this is only a minor inconvenience. Again I have very high regards for the way Newegg runs its business.

I needed a microSD card and ordered it on Friday for a trip the next weekend and had it in plenty of time.

Took too long to ship/receive (7 days?), THEN it doesn't fit the charger cords (Wall, Car or USB) that it is supposed to (port on item too small) THAT'S extremely poor QA. Don't you test these things at all?

- We make no claim or guarantee of compatibility between products; it is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure compatibility prior to completing order.
Shipping and handling charges for returning items are responsibility of the buyer. We recommend that you insure your return shipment in case of any losses by the shipping carrier.
Any item received not in its original condition, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee. The return must be returned with all the accessories that it originally came with and its original box / retail packaging. Any writing or deforming of the original package will cause the RMA to be subjected to additional fees. Do not tape or write on items or packaging.

Once you have been issued a RMA number, print the number clearly on the outside of the box and included the packing slip, item (s) and any accessories, etc. Further instructions will be provided in our response to your request.
