Rating + 1 Dangerous Power Fusion X Paintball Gun Grey/Silver - Vulcan Gray

Do not buy from Doro Sport, bought above item 2 days later they tell me it's been shipped. Then after 12 days i get no item just a refund. Called New egg who tell me they dont know what they have in stock!!! But i bought it from New egg, but they know nothing.. New eggs sells items on there website from Doro Sports not even knowing whats available. Very let down by both.

Rating + 1 Absolutely Horrible Experience

Company doesn't answer e-mails or return phone calls. Paid for 1-day shipping on an item, a week after it is "shipped" still nothing. Also, company gave out bogus FedEx tracking number. Had to contact Newegg to request a complete refund. Unfortunatel, cannot rate below one egg....Should be negative 10 eggs!!!!

Rating + 1 Description not accurate, mislabeled, poor service.

Hello I have bought "Tech-T Fang Trigger and Ape Board Upgrade Combo for the Tippmann X7 Phenom" What I have shipped here is *JUST* the Fang, that would be not an issue, but now i cant use this WITHOUT the ape board, but the word "AND" is in there which means it comes with both, I will be doing a charge back with newgg/dorosports and I will make sure to never use Dorosports again. I have emailed them for the tracking number and for my issue with no response on either. This is another one of those cr4p companys out there with horrible customer service and product presentation. I hope others read all these reviews before buying from them.

Rating + 1 Worst Online Transaction Ever

The seller quickly shipped my order and it arrived in only two days. The next day I took the CO2 tanks to be filled but was advised that they were NOT for CO2 as advertised. The item was for compressed air only, so I contacted the seller immediately of the need to return or exchange my item. I did not receive a reply so I emailed them again, but still no reply. After a week, I contacted Paypal and opened a dispute with the seller requesting a refund. A week later, I get an email that my RMA has been approved. I have returned the items and had to pay the return shipping, which I can only assume will not be reimbursed. The bottom line is I was sold an item that was NOT AS DESCRIBED ("CO2 Tank" was in the Description!!!) and the seller has done nothing to help me resolve my issue. I seriously doubt I will ever do business with NewEgg again.

So i placed this order through Newegg thinking that Doro would be a decent merchant since they are dealing with Newegg. So far, i have been on the phone with Doro for 3 days now trying to get a tracking number for my package and all i get is excuses saying that they cant find my tracking number. Doro's customer service is horrible, they leave you on hold forever and if you call back, the same rep will answer the phone when she was suppose to be in the warehouse looking for a tracking number????

If Newegg is dealing with these shady merchant, i think i have lost all my respect for Newegg. Now i have to deal with my CC company to get a refund

Rating + 1 Horrible Packaging

These guys sent the wrong color item... I understand these things happen, the descriptions are easy to mix up but they also just threw the order into a old FritoLays box for everything to shuffle around during shipping. The box came in badly damaged and re-taped by UPS. Luckily all the contents were OK but I would not recommend ordering from these clowns.

Quick shipping, good customer service but issues we had were item received was defective and I couldn't get a replacement was told I had to send it to maker for repair, very unhappy since item never worked. In the first place should have been able to get replacement now 2 weeks later still don't have item....

  • Return for refund within: 30 days
  • Return for replacement within: 30 days
  • Restocking Fee: 15.00%

    Returns must be received within 14 business days of the RMA# being given to the customer. If a return is received after 14 days we reserve the right to reject the package.
    Restocking fees can be avoided if store credit is chosen over a refund.
    All merchandise, except paintballs, clothing, batteries, electronic boards, all skateboard gear, and markers "guns/Airsoft/Paintball Guns", that are returned for any reason, Will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and may only be returned in like new condition and unused within 20 days after initial order.
    Markers "guns" will be subject to a 30% restocking fee, and may only be returned in new condition, unpackaged, and unused within 10 days after initial order.
    Paintballs can only be exchanged or credited if they where damaged because of shipping. Damaged paintballs must be called into DoroPaintball immediately within 10 days after initial order. Paintballs will only be credited or exchanged for the exact same brand and style, other brands and styles may be given in place depending on what is in inventory.
    Clothing that has been worn 'used' can not be returned.
    Electronic boards and batteries can not be returned for refund. Electronic boards are checked for damaged parts before they ship.
    Skateboard equipment. Due to the nature of skateboard equipment there will be no returns allowed once a package is opened. If the package is unopened it may be returned in accordance to our policies with a restocking fee up to 20%. No skateboard equipment can be returned after 10 days of its shipment.

    DoroPaintball does not provide warranty service for any of the products sold by DoroPaintball. Most manufacturers have a product warranty for their equipment and should uphold them (Check with specific manufacturers for warranty information and details), will help you the buyer with questions regarding manufacturer warranties. All returns must have everything included in them that was sent with the merchandise, including stickers that are already on the merchandise along with a copy of the invoice received with the order, or the return will not be accepted. DoroPaintball must be made aware that the buyer is or would like to return merchandise before they are shipped and returned from the buyer. Sender is responsible for all shipping fees. DoroPaintball will not issue credits to customers on returned or canceled orders with-out merchandise that was sent to the buyer, being sent back and received by us. DoroPaintball will not refund merchandise that has been damaged in shipping due to incorrect packaging by the customer, merchandise damaged due to incorrect packaging will be returned at buyers cost. merchandise will be held if buyer does not pay for return fees on damaged returns that are to be sent back because of incorrect packaging.( STICKERS, BUMPER STICKERS, AND BUSINESS CARDS CAN BE KEPT BY BUYER ).     Used Markers (Guns/Airsoft/Paintball Guns):
    Used markers will not be accepted as returns. This includes markers that have been taken out of there original containers. If still under warranty markers may be sent into the manufacturer for warranty repairs.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
