In 1998, Natures Room began as a small company, running its operations out of the basement of a private home. The company was started mainly to satisfy the curiosity and love of bird watching.

Since 2001, Natures Room has grown into a nationally successfully birding and outdoor supply company, offering 7000 + products to nature lovers.

Over the course of our success, we have tried to keep the most important facet of this hobby as our mission statement. "To protect and aid nature in a positive way," is what we base our decisions on each day.
With declining bird populations, due to sprawl and growing housing markets, as well as, pollution, experts and researchers have stated that providing nesting sites and feeders for a variety of birds and back yard wildlife
can help to protect declining species.

I liked the windsock when it arrived but it was too late for the birthday present. It took 10 days from the order to receive the item. I was disappointed with the slow response.

Rating + 1 Received Broken Product

Received Broken Bird Bath with large crack in it from Nature Room. Also the box was damaged with punctured holes and torn areas on it. We will never order again from Newegg that deal with Nature Room. We called Nature Room several time with no response from them. Very disappointed. Next step we will contact BBB.

Rate my shopping experience??? I haven't even receive the item I purchased!! Ordered on April 3rd, it's April 19th today and I have not received a thing. I called and they said the item is back ordered even though I got an email with tracking info, wth?

I ordered 2 birdfeeders, but only received 1. However, Diane from Natures Room called me on the phone; I emailed her a copy of receipt; she immediately put the remaining birdfeeder in the mail to me. WONDERFUL customer service. I am very happy and would order from them again (and again, and again). Thank you so MUCH!

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
