I ordered QTY. 3 5mm nut-drivers and only received 2. No information has been issued regarding delivery of the 3 nut-driver.

The picture did not match the Product Description. I emailed the 3rd Party seller, they told me to refuse delivery. That is impossible when no one is at home. They told me to return the item but I would have to pay shipping both ways. Not worth it!! You live & learn.

I ordered OBDII software for the computer and received 1 $.99 hand-warmer with $6 shipping. Was very disappointed to say the least but the seller reimbursed me including shipping. At least they did the right thing.

Needed an inexpensive set of calipers for the office. Newegg seems to have found an excellent partner. Prompt shipping, good packaging and informative communication.

- Returns Policy:
All returned merchandise must be issued a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. It is recommended all returns be sent back using USPS, UPS, or FedEx where a tracking number is issued. You may return most unopened items purchased at 1-800 Retail Industries within 30 days of the original delivery.
Damaged and Defective Products:
Occasionally products do not function the way they are meant to. If an item you ordered is not operating properly, or is damaged, please let us know immediately. You are NOT responsible for the return shipping costs of a damaged or defective product. Follow the directions below to request an RMA number and provide any serial numbers on your product. Digital pictures are an effective tool for us to quickly resolve any damaged or defective claims. Please email all pictures to customerservice@1800pools.com
Refunds and Credits:
Refunds are issued within 2-3 weeks of receiving the returned item(s) back to one of our warehouses. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We are not responsible for any labor costs, which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts.

All special-order products are NOT returnable for any reason. All swimming pool liners are not returnable. All electrical parts are not returnable. All books are not returnable.
