I have bought a few things from this seller and they are awesome! And get this: when you email them, they respond! I know, crazy huh? Also they answer their phone. What's with these guys? It's like they care!

I had to contact HeliProz because I had mistakenly ordered the wrong item. They cheerfully and promptly refunded my money and helped me find what I needed. Their 5-7 business days for shipping actually took only 2. Where other helicopter sellers are getting 1 or 2 eggs, these folks deserve 10.

I was doing a google search for main gear for my blade 450 rc helicopter and a link popped up for newegg so I had to click it. Sure enough newegg had the gear I was looking for that had been out of stock at all of the hobby shops I've been checking at so I ordered it. Later I received an email from heliproz letting me know that they didn't have the quantity I was looking for and refunded the difference. The item arrived in new condition and that is all that I can ask for. I'd buy from them again.

I misunderstood the rules for Newegg's Marketplace and was charged shipping fees for my first purchase. Newegg continually cited their rules like a broken record and never put the customer first. However, HeliProz made amends without any questions asked. Newegg could learn a thing or two about how to provide first-rate customer service. IMHO. HeliProz is awesome and highly recommended!
