Too bad you can't give ZERO eggs rating.
I had to order my item from this merchant because another worse merchant messed things up so badly. Ordered from FMTStore 5/17/15 and sent the wrong item. Received the correct item on 6/1/15 only to find the antenna for the remote control missing. I'm not even going to bother dealing with this issue and will never purchase from a 3rd Party seller on Newegg again. In fact I may never purchase from Newegg again either.

I ordered 2 helicopters as gifts, but only one arrived. I emailed them through Newegg's site to inform them of the problem. Within 20 minutes I had a reply and the replacement went out priority mail the same day.

Originally I took a star away for the initial mistake, but gave it back for the way they handled the situation.

Rating + 1 Nonexistent seller

I ordered a remote control helicopter. Device arrived in something that looked like a box but was more like cardboard held together with brown tape. Seller had actually constructed one side of the container entirely out of tape. No part of the device worked properly. I phoned the number on the seller's website for return instructions and received no answer the entire week following Christmas. No message. Nothing. I retrieved a secondary customer service number from Newegg. No answer there either, but was at least able to leave a message. But I have received no response. It has now been two weeks. I have disputed the charge with the credit card company. But had I paid cash, I guess I would be just be out $120 plus shipping.

Item hadn't shipped by 12/22/11 so emailed store and they quickly checked on order and sent it 2nd day UPS so I would have it in time for Christmas. They even changed address thru UPS after shipping so it would come to my home since work was closed! They made my christmas!

I ordered a Christmas gift on the 15th of December with a 3-5 day shipping option so I would have it for Christmas they did not even process the order for 4 days and did not even ship it out until the 20th and they used standard 5-7 day shipping. Bottom line is my 6 year old son does not get his main gift until 2 days after Christmas. Thanks a lot FMS store.
When I called I got an answering machine. This is the first and last time I order anything from them.

    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
