Would never buy anything from this seller ever again.
Purchased a lamp, that came from savings mall, sent it back, and it has now been 30 days without a refund. Seller keeps telling me i will receive my refund shortly after they confirm the product has been returned to their warehouse...HELLO, you've had it for almost month. This is why i usually buy everything from the other seller that's name implies a jungle....they would have stepped in and solved this - they focus on customer service unlike these other online retailers who shouldn't even be in business.

The item I purchased had to be returned because it was rusted while supposedly "new", but they took the item back with no problem at all and were real friendly.

It was a horrible experience - still is. I haven't gotten our refund from speakers I returned more than a month ago.

Wow yeah these guys are horrid. I ordered the part and then received every indication that I should get it. It was back-ordered and canceled twice within their own system without any notification given to me. More than 10 days after I placed the order I give them a call and instead of the customer service rep being understanding they greeted me with sarcasm and when I asked if they were going to issue me a refund they said "We keep our customers money all the time.... No sir I'll issue you a refund...OK?"
I would NEVER buy from these guys again and this may change our attitude towards buying from NewEgg in the fugure.

This device failed the first time I used it. When I tried to RMA it, Savings Mall told me they had contacted the manufacturer and would let me know when they receive a response. My response is are you kidding me? They gave me more static until they gave me an RMA and I returned the device.
I should have read the negative reviews on Newegg and can’t believe they were operating with such a dissatisfied consumer base. They’re no longer trading and I can only get through by email (phone and website are useless). It didn’t cost that much, but until this gets resolved, I hold Newegg accountable, legally if need be. When I called to register my complaint, I was told by Newegg customer support that I would be contacted by a service rep. No one has. I’ve never had a problem in the past and I’ve ordered many computer supplies, both for business and personal, from Newegg (and RMAs when needed), but in future, I will take my business elsewhere. I no longer have faith in these companies.

I had a problem with the product and contacted the seller to set up a return. It seems that newegg was removing the return information from the email response. After quite a few emails it was resolved. Newegg needs to have a seamless system between their suppliers that streamlines the return process. The one egg rating is for newegg, It does not matter to me if you post this comment; however, I would suggest that you review RA information that must be sent to customers by your suppliers.
