Rating + 1 Package was filthy and damaged

The package arrived extremely soiled and ripped. The memory card itself was covered with grime and dented. I expected a refurbished product but not trash.

Had a product delivering to my old address and it was forced to be sent back. They sent out a replacement in await for the arrival of the first shipment and gave a refund.

Rating + 1 But it said 0%...

I wanted to return a product. Their profile says 0% restocking fee. There wasn't a clause that says returns have a 20% restocking fee. They said the 0% restocking fee was for " if the item was defective or incorrect address ,etc. The restocking fee is basically just to cover our original shipping and handling cost.". It said 0%. That's what it should be.

I ordered my product Thursday night and it arrived Monday afternoon, since Saturday and Sunday are not business days that usually have delivery one could say that they are quite fast to deliver.

Rating + 1 Underhanded return tactics

Attempting to charge a 25% restocking fee (they claim for shipping fees) for something that was free to ship and their return policy on clearly states a restocking fee of 0.00% for something that can be downloaded free on the net.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
