Rating + 1 Duplicate orders

I accidentally ordered duplicate orders of the same product a Fitbit and we contacted them about returning the product TWICE with no response and no return address shipped with the product.

I tried to return the computer by obtaining a return authorization twice with no response. Not happy will not buy from here again.

Product arrived fast within 4 days was packaged in the original Microsoft packaging and worked as expected. I would recommend others use this retailer in the future.

Rating + 1 Buyer Beware

Avoid this seller!

When I first purchased the item I attempted to cancel the order within hours when the status still showed in process. I didn't get a response until 3 days later and by then the item already shipped and they couldn't cancel. The tracking number they gave was incorrect and I had no idea when to expect the shipment. Several attempts to ask for help about the tracking number went unanswered. I also called their office number which also went to a voicemail. I left my contact information which of course they completely ignored. Once I received the item I found that the seal was broke and the unit was not properly secured in the box. I requested an RMA number that they didn't respond to until several days later and I had to threaten to dispute the charge on my credit card. They also wouldn't pay for return shipping and it cost me to return it.

I'm not just upset with this seller I'm upset with Newegg who allows such sellers to peddle on their site. I'll stick with e_Bay and Ama_zon where the service is better for the customer.

Rating + 1 Riculously Slow Shipping, No Response

Webpage stated 3-5 days shipping and invoice stated 5-7 days shipping. It took more than 2 weeks to arrive and my emails to the seller have gone unanswered. Will NEVER purchase anything from this seller again. Both service and shipping speed are beyond horrible.

Rating + 1 Seller refused to replace DOA product

Recently bought a phone from this seller. The phone worked for less than a day and then crashed. The seller refused to replace, they only want to refund. The problem is that the refund policy only refunds 85%.
So I get nothing out of the deal, lose 15%, and the price of the phone is $80,00 more expensive now than when I previously bought (I bought over black friday).

Rating + 1 No shipment tracking, no real fulfillment status

Until the cell phone I ordered actually arrives in good working order (still waiting after 11 days) I must wonder if I'm ever going to receive what was promised for what I paid.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
