Rating + 1 Horrible! Ruined Xmas

Ordered some cologne, order went through, money was taken out, showed as shipped. Never received the package that was supposed to be here within 5-7 business days. When I messaged them they replied with a short message that the product is out of stock. They really must be Monkeys I will never buy from them again.

Never received item. Waited 11 days after order placed and 9 days after it "shipped" Package never moved via tracking info provided. Buy from someone else. Waiting for refund. Glad I used PayPal.

Rating + 1 Limbo isn't a fun game

I never received my order. After I ordered, paid, and even after I got an email that said the order had shipped, I got an email saying the the order had been cancelled and my money refunded. I didn't request a refund or cancellation and never learned why it happened. I would never buy from this seller again. EVER. I'd give them 0 eggs if it was possible.

Rating + 1 Very Bad Experience

I recently placed an order for Polo Big Pony #1 cologne. The description on the website NO where specified men or women. The picture on the website was a blurry picture and you could not read the lettering. I was not aware that Polo made both a man's and a woman's version of this fragrance. When I got my package opened it and put it on....when I noticed it did not smell right I realized it was a woman's fragrance. I contacted the seller and received NO response. The only response I got was the automated message from newegg that they received the email. Very POOR customer service. ScentedMonkey=Bad Monkey

I ordered some perfume from ScentedMonkey on December 5th. December 7th a tracking number was given to me. It is now December 22nd and the tracking number still shows "Electronic Shipping Info submitted" nothing else... BEWARE, of ScentedMonkey...

Smelt the same but lasted at max an hour, where as a true bottle will last up to 8ish hours on my skin.

Rating + 1 Very disappointed!

Items ordered were not the items that I received. I went according to the seller's picture and overview description when I ordered from them. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning the items to the seller and the seller's communication has been very minimal and not helpful at all. I couldn't even get the seller to issue me an RMA number. The seller didn't even apologize for sending me a different product. I'm back to square one again on needing to order the correct product from somewhere else and I'm also having to deal with the extra added drama of the return process for the wrong product. I'm not pleased at all and I definitely won't be ordering from this seller ever again!
