Rating + 1 Should get refund on shipping...

I ordered this product on Sept 13th, and paid $9.99 for 5 - 7 day shipping. It is due to arrive on Oct. 4th, 3 weeks later!!! Way more than 5 - 7 business day. The tracking number wasn't even available @ the postal service until Sept 19th, and the package itself didn't arrive at the postal service until Oct. 2nd. Prior calls and emails were not responded to. Very slow service. I hope I don't get any surprises with my order once it arrives.

As usual, I chose one day shipping for 29 dollars and the item was sent out USPS snail mail. Think twice before ordering from these jerks.

It has been over 2 weeks since I ordered my product. After a week I received a tracking #. Not sure what this is for because it is not a valid tracking #. Sent email to ABC asking for the status of my product & received no response. Will never purchase from this company again. Not sure if I will ever receive my product

Rating + 1 Do not purchase from them

I bought some supplements from them and it has been a week with no product since it was claimed to be shipped. They provided me a tracking number, but it was invalid. They are checking on the supposed "shipped" item now, but we will see what becomes of that. I asked if I could just get a refund, and they told me you will have to wait 48 hours or more before we can issue one.

I chose overnight shipping because I needed the item a maximum of three business days but it took over a week for me to get the item. When I ordered I was expecting newegg quality, customer service, and on-time delivery from this seller but I guess they do not follow the same standards

I ordered roasted dandelion tea and have yet to receive it. I called ABC Wholesale and that had record of the order, but had no record of shipping it even though they gave me a tracking number. I don't know when I'll receive my tea, but I will never order from them again.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
