You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item only. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, in accordance with our returns policy, because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred.
We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Otherwise only items in its original condition with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, will be eligible for a refund. We will not refund the cost of gift-wrapping, your costs in returning the item to us and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective.
Please contact us to report the defect or damage of any item you receive within 7 days of receiving the shipment, unless a manufacturer warranty states otherwise. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect. We check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
In the event that we are sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the damaged, defective or wrong item back to us within 30 days. We reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 30 days of the date on which we confirm that a replacement has been issued.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
