Had placed this order and received an invoice/shipping tracking information quickly. A couple of days after i received the shipping tracking information, there was still no tracking information available -- the one that was provided kept saying the information was unavailable. Waited after the "5-7" business days and still hadn't received the watch. Sent a message to Dexclusive inquiring the status. They answered my questions within a reasonable time (giving them 2 stars instead of 1 for this) but stated that "package has been lost by the carrier" and won't be able to offer a replacement. It sounded like they either did not have the watch in stock or else did not want to sell the watch at that price.

My money is set to be refunded, but the only thing offered for my inconvenience was an overnight shipping on another purchase. Not pleased with the overall process. Would have bought this watch from elsewhere had I known this earlier.

The product shipped the product even before Newegg's shipping notification was sent. Unfortunately I had to return the item because Newegg's product description was wrong. The product description is entered by Newegg and not the seller. The seller responded to my return request right away and went out of their way to try and find a suitable replacement product. They processed the RMA right away. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
