Seller sent a non-functional product, customer service has not responded to my requests for a replacement. Would under no circumstances do business with this merchant again.

Rating + 5 Just what I was looking for.

Fast shipping as always. Never heard of this company before, but the Wireless 350 Receiver for Windows works exactly as expected, with no flaws.
Syncs up to my controller every time, holds a good distance, and works as expected.
I would definitely buy from this company again, should the need ever arrive.

This product never work, when it came it was open and taped with the invoice paper, proper box was missing, Newegg suggest me to call the seller, no respond.......

Rating + 2 Missing Battery

This item showed it came with a battery. but the battery holder in the packaging had no battery in it..this was disappointing as I am handicapped and will not be able to get a battery until next month..

Recently purchased a wireless xbox 360 adapter for the pc. The drivers disk was smashed due to careless packaging and due to this being a 3rd party piece they were not available online. After some troubleshooting I was able to get it to work, although it was a pain.

I had to call Imagestore after receiving a product with missing parts. They gave me instructions to return the item, a prepaid return label and a full refund. Great customer and will do business with them again.

RMA Policy
    Imagestore offers only fine quality merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 45 days from receipt of merchandise. At your request, we will issue you a credit back to your account, or exchange the merchandise.

    By placing an order, you agree to the following policies:

    Your return must meet the following criteria or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost.

    Basic Criteria:

    All returns must include the following:

    * Original Condition
    * All accessories
    * Manuals, warranty registration, etc.
    * Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) obtained from site or customer service for the correct product and not yet expired

    Basic Policy

    Check the Special Returns Policy below to see if it applies to your return. If not, then the following Basic Returns Policy applies:

    (1) An RMA number must be requested within (45) days of the delivery date. Shipping and handling fees are the costs of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. In the event an item is sold with "free shipping", Imagestore will refund the amount of sale.

    (2) Damaged/DOA/Defective shipments reported within 7 days are immediately replaced free of charge (subject to stock availability).

    (3) All returns with missing part (including, but not limited to, original manufacturer packing materials) will not be processed until the part is received.

    (4) Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.

    (5) Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and basic returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.

    (6) Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Newegg will refund back to your method of payment.
RMA instructions
    How do I return an item?

    (1) Contact our Customer Service Department and inform them that you are returning products.

    (2) Please have your invoice available, either your emailed invoice or physical invoice that came with your order.

    (3) Our Customer Service Representatives will need your name, email address and invoice number to begin the return process.

    (4) Once our Customer Service has verified your order information, you will be given an RMA number for your return. Please write this RMA number down, as it will be a reference to your return. Return your item in the same or similar packaging method as they were delivered to you.

    (5) Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition, all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed and you use the same mail carrier (USPS or UPS) as your package arrived.
