Rating + 1 Poor customer service

The tablet arrived as advertised. However after about a week stopped working unable to download or run apps. I looked on the AGPTEK website for help and found firmware upgrade and instructions to download. However the downloads give 'network errors' and RAR files will not unzip correctly. Further contact with customer service has been a joke with them repeatedly pointing me to the download file links and me trying to explain again taht these files do not download and unzip correctly. I did like the product when it worked and would like to keep it if was in working condition.

I was disappointed that my mouse's roller wheel did not work out of the box. Of the two types of mice I purchased, it was the one I truly wanted to use. I realize these things occasionally happen. What I didn't realize was the outstanding support I would receive from the supplier. This problem really allowed them to shine. From a quick response to my complaint, a quick resolution, and simply replacing the product at no charge. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you

I placed my order on a friday afternoon. So i woke up this morning(monday) to see if my item was shipped out yet. To my surprise the item was already out for delivery :D. How dare imagestore ship my package out so fast and on a weekend too! The nerve of them! Lol sarcasm aside i would recommend this company to other people. I had placed an order with them an hour prior, realizing i ordered the wrong thing but, I was quickly able to cancel it and reorder the right item. A++ company! Great job imagestore!

RMA Policy
    Imagestore offers only fine quality merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 45 days from receipt of merchandise. At your request, we will issue you a credit back to your account, or exchange the merchandise.

    By placing an order, you agree to the following policies:

    Your return must meet the following criteria or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost.

    Basic Criteria:

    All returns must include the following:

    * Original Condition
    * All accessories
    * Manuals, warranty registration, etc.
    * Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) obtained from site or customer service for the correct product and not yet expired

    Basic Policy

    Check the Special Returns Policy below to see if it applies to your return. If not, then the following Basic Returns Policy applies:

    (1) An RMA number must be requested within (45) days of the delivery date. Shipping and handling fees are the costs of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. In the event an item is sold with "free shipping", Imagestore will refund the amount of sale.

    (2) Damaged/DOA/Defective shipments reported within 7 days are immediately replaced free of charge (subject to stock availability).

    (3) All returns with missing part (including, but not limited to, original manufacturer packing materials) will not be processed until the part is received.

    (4) Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.

    (5) Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and basic returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.

    (6) Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Newegg will refund back to your method of payment.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
