Waited 2 weeks for an inflatable RC Shark that never arrived. I emailed "Mega Internet Sale" and they told me it was lost in the mail and that it was up to me to contact ups and track down my lost package. I told my bank to dispute the charge and Mega Internet Sale told Newegg who in turn, suspended my account. This was a pretty big surprise to me seeing as how great Newegg customer support has been in the past. Great job on both parts by Newegg, and the horrible vendor. Luckily 2 months after my account was suspended I finally reached someone at Newegg who had graduated high school and I was able to explain the situation. He reversed the suspension but I will never buy from any marketplace seller on Newegg again, because Newegg will take the vendor's side over the customer.

worst gift ever. took to gym wouldnt float, fins all fell off, absolute waste and disappointed kid at xmas

item is good as I knew there is no helium gas supply. Delivery speed is far better than my expectation!

The balloon had a small hole and other signs of damage from handling - deep creases, as if something heavy was placed on it. I found this after paying $7 for helium and it was too late to get a replacement as this was to be a Christmas gift.

can only give 4 stars right now because its a Christmas gift, but great price and timely shipping. NewEgg is the best as always!
