Rating + 1 VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY wrong items sent and bad service

I ordered and paid for 3 sets of screen protectors for the 3 new cell phones we just got. What was sent was sent within a couple days were not the items I ordered. Plus there were only 2 items sent, not 3.
I went on line for an RMA to return them. No online support was available and had to leave a message. No response was ever given back to me. Just before writing this I tried the customer service telephone number listed in the request for this review. No answer even though it was within their stated operating times.
This has become a "is it worth it" issue and I decided to wait for a chance to do this review. Considering I got took for this by Cellbatt and there appears to be no interest in them resolving it, I will not forget it and now find it necessary to be a lot more careful in things I buy from Newegg. I know Newegg was acting as a 3rd party in this, but it is still through them. I could have easily gone to plenty of online locations and bought direct for bad customer service and support. I expected it to be better because it was through Newegg.
I titled this with 5 VERY's to emphasize a bad rating counter to the "egg' ratings asked for. this type of situation is where negative ratings need to be available.

Rating + 1 Everything so slow. I returned the item and two weeks past, I'm still waiting. I have called over 7 times left the voice message, the seller never respond.

So slow, The seller never respond even I contacted over 7 times. Also email to seller and never respond as well. My refund hasn't been refunded over two weeks and still waiting. WARNING!!! The seller doesn't appropriately providing the service to the customer so the buy need to be awarded,

Rating + 1 Seems no one pickup their return request from this seller.

Ordered by mistake a case for the S7 edge intead of the regular S7. Sent an RMA request for about a week and have not received any notification from their end to replace it. The item is un-opened since it arrived and made effors to request a replacement for a regular S7 case since the price is the same. No word from them yet. Dissapointed.

The order process through newegg was quick easy and painless as always.
However, the product was completely misrepresented. The picture of the product that they displayed on the listing was of the original acousitibuds, but they sent me a different product. I have attempted to reach them, but they do not respond. I have no way of returning the item because there is no response from Cellbat

Rating + 1 total gamble, might as well be ordering from a third world country

placed order on nov 2nd, e-mailed buyer about tracking not moving on november 5th and the 9th, made a follow up call as well and guess what, no answer, left a message, no response. total waste of time and after all this wasted time i am only allowed to get a refund on the 13th,when the package should have arrived within 1-3 business days from nov 2nd. If you need a case just go to a real reputable marketplace seller that starts with the letter A and is known for its rainforest, newegg marketplace is swarming with trash, the prices aren't even that competitive.

Rating + 1 Cheap product, fraudulent service

I ordered a couple of small adapters from Cellbatt. Both showed up broken. After contacting Cellbatt directly and requesting a refund, I was informed that I could simply go to Newegg to get a refund. Newegg never issued a refund, and I had to report Cellbatt to Master Card for fraud. Apparently Cellbatt hoped that I wouldn't pursue a fraud case for about $10. But fraud is fraud, and I'm not going to pay for defective merchandise (especially after I've been promised a refund in accordance with Cellbatt's posted return policy, which is a complete lie, apparently). Cellbatt should be ashamed for trying to steal from hard-working people.

Rating + 2 Ship using the product's package?

I appreciate the fast shipping, price, and the product itself is great; however, not using a shipping box and ship directly using the product's packaging is not acceptable. What I ordered is the entire product which includes the package, but what I received is a package that is all ripped, have dirty black marks, and have not removable shipping label which all makes the package not usable. I'm glad the product inside is protected by manufacture so it's not broken, but still, this is a glass product. I'm not expecting this and was very disappointed.

Rating + 3 Slow Shipping and No Tracking

Ordered a Cell Phone Cover. Showed shipped but took almost 2 weeks to get. Tried to get a tracking number the way it said to but there was no answer. Tried to contact but no reply. Luckily the product came in the mail. Couldn't get a reply back to get any info on the shipment. Just waited and hoped for the best.
