Standard Return Policy
We are confident you will love your new IB jewelry. But if for some reason you don’t, we will gladly accept return items. No restocking fees. No questions asked. Simply return the item by mail within 30 days of the date you received it. Once we receive the item, we will refund the purchase price to you immediately.
* Please allow up to 2 weeks for return claims to process.
* Items must be returned in the condition they were received and in their original packaging.
* To make it possible for every order to ship completely free of charge, the buyer is responsible for return postage and insurance.
* Item must be returned in new and unused condition (no scratches, blemishes, marks, modification or any other damages) with original materials and packaging included.
* The item will be inspected upon its return and if it does not match the mentioned conditions it will not be accepted for refunds and it will be returned to you at your expense.
* Items should be returned within 30 days of the receipt date. The items which are returned after the mentioned date will be refused and shipped back at your expense.
* Free Gifts received must be returned with the product which is to be refunded. Refunds will not be granted for the products that do not include full product, free gifts and packaging.
* Engagement rings and bridal jewelry comes with GIA or E.G.L ( European Gemological Laboratory) Certificate. Certificates must be refunded with the item. If the certificate is not refunded the refund amount will be reduced.
* In case of defective product or error on the part of iBraggiotti.com, the item will be fully refunded or exchanged without any charge.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
