I did not receive my shipment, and the tracking number provided is not valid. DO NOT ORDER FROM THE SELLER. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR PRODUCT!
Seller Response:The USPS attempted to delivey the parcel on November 8 but failed.

this is a excellant gadget to use for anyone that does not have a card reader just pop the sdhc card in it and plug in usb port simple and easy and computer will reconize it right away and seller shipped in good time.

Rating + 1 1st time shopping experience with Newegg Marketplace

I placed an order for two iPad 2 smart cover sets on March 20th 2012. My credit card was charged same day and flollowing day when I logged onto my account to check the tracking number I was given international tracking number. First it was my fault of not knowing that items that I bought were from Newegg marketplace, but I didn't see where items were shipping from so Newegg may need to clarify customers where items will be shipping from for the marketplace items. When I contacted the Newegg help, representative could not help me due to items I bought were from marketplace so she opened the ticket with helpdesk which they will get back to me within two business days. I called March 21st but got an e-mail from helpdesk on March 27th telling me to wait a bit longer since it was shipping from oversea. Then just this Monday I received the my order and suprisingly there is only one of my order item so I had to called the Newegg rep. to have them open helpdesk ticket. Buyers beware!!

I ordered an iphone case on 2/28/12 and as of today, 3/14/12 still have not received it or heard anything about it. Do not buy from this seller, takes WAY to long!

Rating + 1 iPad 2 Leather Folio Case

I ordered this case on 12/26/11 and got a confirmation email and tracking number for the product that it shipped the next day. I realize that the holidays could have been an issue, but as of January 8, the item has not even arrived in the States. Glad I didn't pay extra for rush delivery. Hoping now I can still get my money back at least.

Rating + 1 pink artistic ipad 2 case

I ordered the case 12/13/11 and as of 12/29/11, I still haven't received it. The seller sent a tracking number but no link to use it in. The "courier" was listed has Hong Kong P but a web search did not yield any type of shipping company.

I had hoped to have this item by Christmas. Oh Well........
Seller Response:We're truely sorry about that. This package can also been tracking by visit USPS website , using the same tracking number. And we checked the status for you, USPS attempted to deliver the item at 9:23 am on December 23, 2011. A notice was left. You'd better contact USPS to arrange a redelivery.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
