First of all there was NO RED on this case, but a BRIGHT ORANGE which is def not what I signed on for .. The flip part is correct . In fact, if your not careful your phone will flip right out on the floor !
Overall it is a decent grade leather, but epic FAIL, case wise! I am SUPER DISAPPOINTED with the whole thing :((

This is a very nice cover for my Galaxy Note 10.1. It does all the things that it claims. All the buttons are accessible, it swivels nicely to a portrait or landscape position. The Galaxy can be charged with the case closed (although it may have to be swiveled to the correct position to allow the cord to connect). After about a week of use, I noticed a crack in the material of the case. I notified Crazyondigital and the IMMEDIATELY sent out another one - I was quite impressed with their attention to my problem. Overall, this case is just perfect for the price paid - I've yet to see how long it lasts, but I suspect I'll be happy with it for some time.

It has been 7 business days now, not including new years day and eve. I Still haven't received package and i'm based in the same state as them. I Tried the tracking numbers on various postal sites and have no idea which one they used because none of the tracking numbers work.

Poor communication, customer service 888 number hangs up, finally got in touch with someone to ask for a tracking number since the other two I received didn't work and was sent a link..but instead of a link it said ***url removed*** and my email client didn't do it
