Standard Return Policy
1. We offer a 30-days returns/exchange period from the initial purchase date.
2. If a customer is not satisfied with the product or order within 30 days of the initial purchase date, the customer may contact our Customer Service Department to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
3. Once we approve the RMA for your order, a RMA Number is issued and the customer may return the item for a refund (item price minus 15% restock fee). The shipping charge is not refundable. You will be provided with a RMA Number within 1-2 business days via email.
4. If a customer would like to exchange an item, please order your replacement item(s) online first. Afterwards, the customer may contact our Customer Service Support Team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
5. Items should be returned New and Original Condition. Returns that are damaged, altered, or modified WILL NOT be accepted.
90-Days Limited Warranty:
1. We offer a 90-days limited warranty on item(s) that confirm to be manufacturer defect within 90 days from the initial purchase date. Warranty claim will only be applied to replacement only; therefore no refunds and/or exchanges will be issued under this warranty. All cases are reviewed by our RMA Department.
2. Our RMA Department reserves the right to deny any returns or exchanges for any item(s) returned past 90 days.

3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
